I do have a question I qsk every tyrus shipper

Do you think Cyrus 'liked Jonas because he was the only guy he was 'close' enough to? I mean i know he knew TJ but Jonah was already around him and already knew a lot about him and was trusted by his friends so that would make sense if he felt just the attraction to guys in general.

I just like to hear other people's opinions on this topic and thought cause I think this is 100%what happened

hey- sorry I’m so late to answer, I really don’t use tumblr anymore & also haven’t watched am in a couple years so this blog kinda fell off. But i miss those guys & think of them fondly!

As for your question, not necessarily. From what i remember Jonah and Cyrus didn’t really know each other well in the beginning and they didn’t really start hanging out until Andi joined frisbee, but Cyrus always had a crush on him even from afar (although he maybe didnt fully realize it til later). He was nice and charming and popular, so the attraction just naturally came. There were other boys at school, but they weren’t THE Jonah Beck.

I think the opposite is probably closer to the truth- Cyrus’s feelings for Jonah went away because they got closer and got to know each other better, and Cyrus saw that their chemistry was platonic. That of course paired with actually feeling real romantic chemistry with someone else for the first time. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

One thing I think that Andi Mack did a really good job of portraying was that a person comes out so many different times in so many different ways for so many different reasons. Most tv shows or movies only portray coming out as a one time thing, or if a character does come out multiple times it's always for the same reason. But Cyrus had a different reason each time, when he came out to Buffy it was because he needed someone to talk to and to confide in, when he came out to Andi it was to comfort her and give her someone to relate to, Jonah was for closure and tj (if you consider it a coming out, I do) to confess feelings. Coming out is a real process, with a lot of different motivations depending on who you're telling, and the fact that AM got that so right is incredible.

sorry but it is literally so devastating that TJ noticed that Cyrus was avoiding him and it was bothering him SO MUCH and he finally asked about it and Cyrus basically goes “you’re spending time with kira you’re a cute couple” and TJ is in here like !!!!!!!!??//?????? “couple” ??? HIS INSIDES SCREAMING “NO NO NO I LIKE YOU” but he can’t SAY IT and so he just has to say “no me & kira aren’t a couple” but he KNOWS Cyrus doesn’t believe him he can see it on his FACE, and TJ’s only hanging out with kira because he knows that she’s a bully just like he used to be and maybe she can become better like he did, and CYRUS was the one who saw good in him, shouldn’t he try to see it in others, isn’t that what good people do he’s just trying to be a good person, and HEY, Cyrus went through all the trouble of reconciling TJ & Jonah, maybe TJ can return the favor with Cyrus & Kira, so HEY LETS ALL HANG OUT, bc maybe if Kira and Cyrus can reconcile Kira will also stop questioning his & Cyrus’s relationship, and if SHE sees how special he is then she won’t make him feel bad for being CLOSE WITH HIM, and TJ’s desperately trying to orchastrate this whole thing and HE JUST WANTS EVERYTHING TO BE OKAY and most of all he WANTS TO SPEND TIME WITH CYRUS but then Cyrus is all “i gotta scoot” and TJ’s like ??  W H E R E ????? Today, September 1, is truly the end of Andi Mack on Disney Channel.  The final rerun episode is scheduled for tonight at 11:30 p.m., Eastern and Pacific Time.

The last aired episode will be, appropriately, the series finale, “We Were Here.”  The runtime will be 35 minutes.

No further episodes of Andi Mack are scheduled for the rest of September, and the show is unlikely to appear on Disney Channel after that.

On the bright side, all three seasons of Andi Mack will be available for viewing on the new streaming service, Disney+, starting in November.  But it won’t be quite the same not seeing the show in its original “home” with all its previews and promos.  Tomorrow’s kids won’t joyfully find the show by flipping the TV channels.

Andi Mack premiered on Disney Channel April 7, 2017 after first airing March 10, 2017 on the Disney Go App, On-Demand, YouTube, and other platforms.

Disney announced on April 24, 2019 that the series would end with the Season 3 finale on July 26, 2019.
