American traditional house. Second time creating this house style. I start to notice how complicate to built this. It doesn’t get any easier. But I love it.

There are four bed room, great room, four bath rooms, office, pantry. Of course, high ceiling on every room. Open kitchen, huge island table.

This house based on this plan. Most of the window, wall and building tools are from here.

American house. Kinda new style for me. I don’t usually create this sort of home. I think its American traditional style right. It took me many hour to finish and furnish this one. The hardest one so far. Interior is difficult as well. The original design was kinda white-black-gray tone which most of my furniture are like a rainbow. 

I use 90% of house building equipment like door, window, floor and wall from this creator from MTS. Download the whole building set will save a lot time to find stuff in the game. There are many mesh and re-color and there are so well done in term of functional. Thank you Honeywell ! Also, the house was inspired by this, furniture and architecture. Much appreciate.

Three bedroom. Two bathrooms. Again, having a hard time to built the roof. For some reason I could not set the slope and height for the roof. Probably bc of I play on macOS(super collection pack which it doesn’t come with Apartment life pack). So I use a lot of floor elevation chest to make a roof slope like it’s shown on the picture. Anyway, the final result look neat and sims friendly.

I use this house plans for re-modeling the house :)

There are three bedrooms and each room have Its own ensuit. Master bedroom and master bathroom. Three garages, spa, hot-tub, BBQ area in the backyard. The whole house is furnished.
