would you be willing to give the blog away to someone else?
I mean, I don’t really see what the point would be, since people could just make their own sideblogs or just post them on their main, but if anyone wants the blog I wouldn’t particularly mind.
if anyone does want to takeover the blog, just reach out to me I guess?
as some of you probably noticed my blog has been hidden via password for a while.
i put the blog on password protected because i was feeling super overwhelmed and stressed and honestly i didn’t know how to deal with it.
i don’t think running from this is a good idea, so i’m going to leave the blog publicly available, but i don’t think i’ll be posting to it again anytime soon.
don’t get me wrong, i still think sweet elite is great. i’m glad that the game is continuing to grow as well as it is! but what happened when i started the blog was that i was hyperfixated. and i think i completely burnt myself out.
i started dreading new chapter releases, because i felt pressure to play through it asap and get out a guide. dreading the asks i’d get if i didn’t because i didn’t really have an excuse. i hate that feeling. i hate dreading new content from such an enjoyable game. i love the characters, i love the art and how it’s evolved, i love the writing, i love the story! and i’ll keep loving it, but silently.
I haven’t touched the game in a few months, and i don’t know if I will again anytime soon, but i’m okay with that.
Anyways, sorry for the long post, I just wanted to let everyone know what was going on. you guys don’t deserve to be left in the dark like that.
I realize that this post may seem like it’s trying to garner pity, but that’s not my goal. I just wanted to try and express my state of mind and what lead me to this decision.
On ep 8, after you help Tadashi with the presidente propaganda (at the cafeteria), where do you have to go?
So based of what I remember about where this is in the chapter, I believe you’re supposed to go to class. I mean, unless it’s an ‘end the day’ objective, but those are pretty straight forward so I doubt it. If I’m correct, then you’ll need to go to classroom 1.
It’s either that, or you’ll run into someone like on the way to the main hallway. I’m pretty sure.
(Part 1) Okay, I just wanna preface this by saying that I always use your guides while playing (and thank you so much for making these btw!), and that I usually always pick the positive responses for everyone (with a few exceptions). With that being said, Axel is in last place for my affinity meters and I'm rather saddened by this. He's only at 16% and I just want some romantic dialogue with him lol. Tyler is at 18% and everyone else is at least at 25%, but Tegan is my highest at 35%.
(Part 2) I was just wondering if there was anything I was doing wrong in terms of Axel’s affinity. I’m only curious because Alistair’s affinity is at 33%, but I never went out of my way to speak to him. I always choose to speak to Tegan if I have the choice, but Tegan is only at 35%. Are there just not enough regular dialogue options with Axel to get him on par with everyone else, or is the only way to get him higher would be to always go after him when given the choice?
(Part 3) For example, I stayed neutral during the Axel and Tadashi fight, I picked Tegan as my fitness test partner and I was in Tegan’s group for the presentation. I’m just wondering if I did anything wrong since Alistair is up there past 30% and even Tadashi is at 25% for me by the end of chapter 7, but I feel like Axel is way too low. I’m also wondering what the percentage has to be in order for them to start flirting with you. I’m thinking I may have to replay my entire game ugh lol. Thanks!
I can’t quite figure out what you’re asking, so this is kinda all over the place and I don’t really know if I actually answered anything, sorry! >->
Yeah, that does seem kinda low, but on the other hand you’re right in the idea that a lot of Axel’s infinity options show up when you actively choose to spend time with him. I mean, you have a couple times to get Axel’s infinity up in Chapter 8 if you don’t mind skipping some achievement dialogue.
In relation to the others infinity, Alistair has a serious amount of dialogue choices, especially in earlier chapters. It’s something I have to be careful of when I’m playing routes for characters who don’t have as much chances for infinity gain, even when I’m actively going after them, lol.
I don’t know if there’s a specific amount of infinity you have to have with a character to get extra flirt options, but a lot of the time it seems like it’ll show up with my highest.
I hope this vaguely made sense lol. I feel like I’m spiraling into nonsense.
Hi, thank you so much for the guides, it really helped me in previous chapters! :D However, I think the line "I don't know, that's why I'm asking" with Karolina in chap. 7 is neutral, rather than a negative result. I chose that option but it didn't affect my affinity with her. It could also be related to your affinity with her before? My affinity with Karol rn is ~17, so idk if that affected anything. Thanks for all your hard work!
Did I mix the two??? I tested the answers there, and you’re absolutely right. But like?? I thought that’s what I put??
(lol I checked and accidentally said two choices were negative, o o p s-)
Hey! Sorry if you already answered this, but after the argument with tadashi, where can I find Tyler? I looked through your guide but couldn't find it there either. Thank you in advance!
Sorry this took so long! If you haven’t already figured it out, could you tell me the objective you’re on?
First thank you for this blog! It has helped me so much and you are an angel! Second who wins if you picked not to take a risk in chapter 4? Or is it different in each department playthrough?
Aw, thank you lovely!
From what I’ve seen, if you don’t take the risk, the Business, Commerce and Politics Department will win.
However I haven’t seen who wins if that’s your department!
what the fuuuuuck, I thought I published this like a long time ago and that isn’t even an excuse, what the fuckkk. dude i’m so sorry, i’m just an idiot.
