Adrenal Tonic Recipe:
4oz of fresh squeezed orange juice (one large orange gives 4-5oz)
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan Pink salt
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon vitamin C powder (optional)
1/8 teaspoon turmeric (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a glass & drink. If you’re drinking it slowly, make sure to stir it so the salt & cream of tartar won’t settle on the bottom of the glass. I take this mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and at bedtime (at least one hour before or after eating). I love substituting one lemon & one lime for one orange. It’s very sour but sooooo gooood!
