It’s been a long time since I posted anything…and for that I’m terribly sorry. The past few years have been really difficult for me and it all but snuffed out my creativity and will to write.
But, I’ve been doing better, and now I’m thinking I’m ready to try and write again.
Thank you everyone for their patience, I hope to make you smile in the future with some good old-fashioned fluff soon!

Aymeric de Borel As A Father Headcanons (REQUEST)
Aymeric’s complicated childhood made him a bit nervous about having a family of his own.
Let it be known, though. He actually is quite good with children. As a knight, he has no problem being patient and gentlemanly, which works to ones advantage when talking to children in a way that doesn’t make them uncomfortable.
It’s quite cute to see children staring in awe at the ornate Captain of the Guard. Many young girls especially like him because he looks like a prince from fairy tale storybooks.
Aymeric is not opposed to having and raising his own child(ren.) He’s just...nervous. He wants to do right by any new life he helped bring into the world, unlike his own father.
Of course...once his S/O gives him some encouragement and a heart-to-heart, it doesn’t take long before he starts to wonder...
Whether a child comes around biologically or by adoption, he’ll love them all the same, which is unconditionally.
Thank the Fury for him having practice in discipline from being a Lord Commander, otherwise he might’ve been rather a pushover. Not that he wants bratty children, he just can’t help but spoil them every now and then. He wants to be supportive and his kin to be happy.
Nevertheless, he will be stern when need be. Shouting is very rare if it even happens at all. The last thing he wants is his child(ren) to fear or distrust him, but he does want them to have good morals and be able to make good decisions. Think Mufasa from Lion King.
So soft as a father. He tends to kneel to their level and smile warmly when he comes back home. It makes his heart flutter to see his child run up to him excitedly, and he inwardly makes a vow to protect and cherish that smile with his life every time.
Genuinely hates when he doesn’t get a lot of time with them. He already felt busy with his work when it was just him and S/O, but now he has someone that looks up to him who is too young to understand why he is gone so much yet. Perhaps a visit to “Father” Commander’s office is in order; He would genuinely love it if he’s not occupied with something dire.
If he’s lucky, he’ll be home early enough to spend some quality time with them. Watching the Lord Commander pretend to be a prince or an enemy knight for the sake of his child(ren)’s games is a sight to see.
Reads bedtime stories when he gets the chance. His voice is low and gentle, with a hint of rumble from a long day, and his eloquent tongue weaves words masterfully to make even the simplest story sound poetic. S/O can’t help but listen in sometimes and watch.
If he gets home late and the little one(s are) is already tucked in for the night, he will sneak in and stroke their hair and give them a kiss in their sleep. Seeing his legacy at peace is soothing to him, especially after all the hardships Ishgard has faced.
Side note: Aymeric’s voice actor actually did narrate a children’s story and my heart has not known peace since I first heard it. - Mod Venus

Pidge Holt Girlfriend Headcanons (REQUEST)
Pidge has what some might call a quick temper. S/O is either going to be the one keeping her from kicking ass or joining her in the ass kicking. The best S/O is willing to be both.
S/O isn’t required to be a genius, but showing enthusiasm for her hard work and supporting her means a lot to her. If S/O happens to be knowledgeable of scientific topics themselves, that’s icing on the cake.
S/O is the only one who can get away with short jokes, and only sometimes, without repercussions. Lance is jealous.
When it comes to mischief, Pidge can dish it well. Taking it is another matter. S/O making bad science puns and jokes is going to earn them a hilarious face of disapproval and a groan. Worth it. Messing with her tech is a life or death choice they must make wisely.
That said, if they are curious about what she’s working on or even want to learn how to do something like programming or mechanics, she’s eager to try and teach them. Hearing her go on about her projects and seeing how excited and passionate she gets is honestly adorable to S/O, even if they don’t understand a word.
In the earlier parts of the journey, Pidge definitely relied on S/O for some reassurance about finding her family again. Though they were a tad hurt she initially tried sneaking off without them, Pidge and them made up, promising to stick together from that point on. This happens regardless of if the two were dating by this point or not.
When Matt found out someone was dating his sister, he did everything in his power to play the scary and protective older brother. He couldn’t keep it up when Pidge called him out though.
Pidge’s stubborness can be a bit of an issue, particularly at the cost of her health. S/O is going to have to be patient and talk things out with her, but shouldn’t be afraid of addressing things head on. Pidge isn’t fragile by any means, so she appreciates honesty more than anything.
Even if she’s not romantic by nature, she still puts effort into the relationship. Think less fancy dates and more wholesome hangout dates. Exploring, tinkering, or just napping together, that sort of thing. It’s cute to watch her stumble to give compliments sometimes, but every now and then she channels her brother and genuinely flirts with confidence. There’s no telling when this will happen, and it always makes S/O bashful.

Ah, this post is old now, so I wanted to update with the fact that I’m all caught up and have beaten the latest Shadowbringers patch (5.3) so please feel free to request more FFXIV!
I know it’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything for this blog, and recently I’ve felt like I owed everyone an explanation.
First off, I want to apologize to everyone who has sent in requests and haven’t seen them be answered. Please note that I have received many, which is fantastic! The reason I’ve been lagging behind so much is a bit lengthy, but I’ll try my best.
When I started this blog, I wasn’t expecting it to get so many views so fast. I was honestly speechless of having so many right out the gate, but was also so happy. It made me smile every time my phone notified me of another message in my inbox. Not long after starting the blog, however, both my grandmother and my pet cat whom I had hand raised from birth passed away within a month of each other, both suddenly. To help deal with my grief I turned to this blog and took on more and more requests in my inbox. I ended up biting off a bit more than I could chew, and decided to take a break after feeling burnt out with trying to write longer pieces.
After a while, I returned with some smaller headcanon posts that were easy for me to dip my feet back into writing.
But then March of 2020 came, and as we all know everything was thrown off course. Early in June, I came back to work only to find out I had been let go, with no warning. I was devastated, worrying about how I was going to afford to live and pay for my tiny apartment that houses both me and my beautiful fiancée who had only just moved in before COVID-19. I’ve had to rely on unemployment to keep us afloat while I tried to cobble together a new portfolio after my previous one’s file was corrupted, as well as dealing with some severe anxiety and depressive spells due to my confidence being at an all time low.
I’m not writing this post to make people pity me, or to guilt people for expecting things from me. Honestly, I’ve felt guilty myself for not talking about these things and explaining my long absences. It’s been...difficult, to put it mildly. My hope is that I can soon work up enough time and energy to continue writing.
Maybe I’ll feel just a bit better.

NSFW Headcanons
Let’s be honest, numerous people have dreamed of having the Lord Commander in their beds. But Aymeric’s heart belongs solely to his S/O: the Warrior of Light.
Due to his origins, he is not one for promiscuity or notches in his bedpost, and thus has little experience with matters of sex. He refuses to be that kind of man, and his heart would be unable to bear it because all he wants is a real love, not just to sate base desires.
Thankfully, he and his S/O found each other, and S/O has proven to be an honest person that he can trust his heart to, not just romantically, but as a friend, which means the world to him. For him, romance is built on trust, and sex should be no different. Perhaps even more dependent on it.
With that, Aymeric is a determined but sweet lover. Much like kissing, what works for him is his eagerness to please and willingness to learn every little thing that brings S/O pleasure. He takes time to listen for every clue his S/O leaves, whether they say it out loud or not. He quickly becomes a master musician playing their body like a harp.
He’s very versatile, willing to either lead or be led; whatever the mood calls for. He’s not too proud to let S/O be on top. As for positions, so long as it’s nothing too outlandish, he’s open to ideas. Sometimes he even surprises himself in the midst of it all. If his S/O switches it up in the middle and catches him off guard, he’ll be surprised, but can’t stop himself from grinning as their prowess as The Warrior of Light sneaks through.
Not one to be very rough, per say, but definitely passionate. He wants him and his S/O to feel everything; to let it swell just like his heart at the thought of them. He can also be slow and gentle, taking time to make them melt.
In other words...a master at foreplay. S/O swears he drags it on purpose because it’s his own form of gratification. He particularly enjoys kissing their hips and thighs, and those heated blue eyes peeking up through mussed black bangs nearly kills them every time.
Not opposed whatsoever to giving oral. That eloquent tongue of his isn’t just good for words. If S/O calls him out on this, he’ll be embarrassed, but he enjoys hearing the noises they make as he does so. He gets hot and bothered just by knowing he’s making the mighty Warrior of Light feel this way. And yes, he may or may not edge them on...he gets a bit greedy. But it’s hard to get mad at him when he flashes that charming and knowing smile. Damn him.
As I stated before, his ears are sensitive, so instead of just caressing his hair while his head is between their thighs, S/O should definitely tease the edges and back of his ears. It’s worth it to see him shudder and even let out an occasional moan and/or groan. Doing this while kissing will get it heated almost instantly, teeth included. Nipping or kissing the ears will have him damn near rip clothes off, so S/O better choose wisely.
Again, as I’ve said before, Aymeric loves to be touched. That carries over to the bedroom as well. He’ll just lean into the touch and let his eyes flutter shut as he feels goosebumps prick his skin, or he’ll lean back and let his mouth drop open in a drawn-out sigh as he savors the caress that stokes flames in his blood. Holding hands while he thrusts into them happens a lot during slower-paced sex.
Both he and his S/O have a fondness for kissing scars, old and new. Not necessarily arousing, but more tender and heartwarming. It’s a good way to slow the pace and just cherish each other, prolonging the intimacy. On that note, S/O needs to mind the place he got stabbed. It still hurts from time to time, so be careful.
A secret weakness of his besides his ears is his chest. Teasing his nipples will earn a gasp, a shiver, and a blush all at once. (He really gets embarrassed about this because he can’t deny it.) Perhaps it has something to do with wearing armor most of the time and letting himself be so vulnerable in front of someone so powerful.
Not loud, but vocal in a more subdued way. Deep murmurs of how attractive he finds their body, low sighs as he kisses them, and groans as he rocks into them at a steady tempo are just a part of the package. A bit of lighthearted banter can be expected too, depending on the mood. He can be intense and seductive or playful and cheeky.
Sex has happened outside of the bedroom all over the place in Borel Manor, always out of sight of others. He’s not going to actually risk being seen doing something scandalous in public, but there is a bit of a thrill in a little rendezvous just inside the walls of his home that people could be walking past unaware.
As for his body, Aymeric is not monstrous, but still well endowed. Well-proportioned and well-groomed, he’s above average length with a nice thickness and a slight curve upward when aroused. There’s also a beauty mark on the base that S/O can lovingly tease him for.
He has a good amount of endurance, too, (he’s not Commander for nothing, after all,) and can last more than two rounds in one night. His drive is a bit higher than one might think for someone so full of propriety, but he just...REALLY loves his S/O, and being apart from them for longer periods of time due to their duties as Warrior of Light makes him crave them more.
No matter how far gone he is, he’s always attentive to his S/O. If there’s a chance they aren’t enjoying themselves he stops immediately and asks about it to fix it. He’s good at aftercare too, whether it be the need for a glass of water or a cloth to clean up with, he’s already on it without being questioned.
Aymeric is a bit of a sucker post-coital cuddling. He also likes to fawn over them as they bask in their afterglow. (To be fair, S/O does the same. The man is too beautiful to be ignored in such a state.) With his dark hair a mess and his eyes a sparkling blue, he looks truly content; having found what he considers his soulmate and having them here, with him.
No matter how many years they are together, he never stops looking at S/O that way. To him, it has been a long, difficult road to paradise, and he will never take them for granted.

Hello everyone! Sorry for the lack of activity. Honestly, I’ve been lacking creative energy for a while due to some hard stuff in my personal life. I promise to get requests up at soon as possible. For now, I’ll be posting some stuff I came up with to get my writing flow started again! - Mod Venus
If there were ever a bolster to one’s confidence, it would be knowing they’ve captured the attention and the heart of the handsome Lord Commander of Ishgard.
This man is so well-mannered and well-spoken, but being infatuated with someone leaves him rather tongue-tied and flustered.
A relationship with Aymeric takes time, but oh is it worth it. He is a busy man, and romance unfortunately falls between the cracks. The moment he realizes he may have feelings for someone, however, he’s not going to deny himself. He’s a grown adult who can come to terms with emotions.
That doesn’t make it easy though. Between politics and duties as a knight, he’s pressed for time. On the other hand, this makes the longing all the stronger.
When he works up the nerve to start acting on his feelings, he plays it cautious and calm, not wanting to come on too strongly. He’s a gentleman after all.
He makes good use of his eloquent tongue, dancing the line of platonic jest and flirting as he feels out their reaction. Any positive reception encourages him to be a bit bolder, more obvious with his intent, while still sounding vague enough to not outright give himself away.
However, a bow and a kiss to their hand, along with his eyes flicking up to lock with theirs as he does so, makes his intentions quite clear.
This man is the stuff of romance novels. A confession likely occurs one quiet night in Borel Manor, in front of the fireplace as he and his paramour stand before one another. His eyes are soft as he speaks of how much they mean to him, and his face lights up when they assure him they feel the same.
Aymeric’s mind can’t help but wander. He’ll be working on paperwork, but end up thinking of S/O’s face as they smile, or the way their hair looks dusted with Ishgardian snow, or the sound of their winded but proud voice after fighting a hard-won battle. Then he’ll get flustered when he realizes his quill stopped writing five minutes ago.
Gentle banter is quite common with Aymeric, and if his S/O can make him blush it’s something to treasure because it’s just precious (and rare.) He enjoys having someone to talk to for things not just related to business, but appreciates someone who can offer him advice, or at least their opinion.
Absolutely adores being touched. Trace the back of his knuckles, or his cheekbones, or run fingers through his hair and he melts. Caressing the back of his ears, however, will make him shudder. They’re sensitive, and it makes his cheeks flush.
Another thing he cherishes are hugs. Sometimes the cure for a weary day is just a warm embrace in his lovers arms. He loves sleeping together too; to him, few things can compare to the warmth of another sharing his bed.
It’s a canon fact that Aymeric is good at dancing and culinary arts, and thus, he is delighted to show his S/O. He can and will sweep them literally off their feet. He’s not one to show off, buuuut he does enjoy seeing his S/O get flustered because of him. If they aren’t that good at dancing, he’ll be happy to teach them.
As for cooking, he’s a bit more bashful, because he worries about it suiting their tastes. Rest assured, whatever he makes will be delicious, but it better be appreciated. With his duties as Lord Commander and as the head of the House of Lords, he doesn’t have a lot of time to cook anymore.
Aymeric hasn’t much experience with kissing, but he learns quickly. Part of this is just from his need to do better for his S/O, and the other is natural instinct and just showing them how deeply he feels for them. His favorite kinds of kisses are the ones that start sweet and chaste and turn deeper. Think hands in hair and dipping his S/O a little. He also likes to steal kisses when out in public, just out of sight of others. There’s a certain thrill about it that makes him smile in boyish glee.
Aymeric is not opposed whatsoever to sweet words. His S/O’s heart will have a hard time because he’s good at them, both spoken and written, and he means every one. He has a habit of writing love letters as well, unprompted, and leaving them somewhere his S/O will find them. S/O keeps every single one.
Without a doubt, he plans to marry S/O someday. It might take a while, with conflicting schedules and his higher position, but he will make it happen. He’s embarrassed to admit he dreams of it sometimes. From walking down the aisle together to riding off on a white chocobo together. He just gets so enamored with the idea of their bright future together after his hard life growing up.
All in all, Aymeric is an amazing man who is the definition of loyal and true, and will do anything to make his loved one happy. He is patient and an excellent listener, and is willing to help to the best of his abilities. S/O will hardly ever be left wanting in his company, and will never feel unwanted in his care.
