What we are:
We are a safe age regression community who welcomes any and all regressors! We accept you no matter what community you’re in or what terms you use. On Dentists
So I can’t brush my teeth. Like, it’s the worst kind of hell. I went to the dentist for a cleaning today and I told the hygienist this, and she was wonderfully helpful.
There are some incredibly soft toothbrushes available- namely, post-surgical brushes. Running them under hot water makes them even softer.
She told me that you don’t really need to use toothpaste- it’s mostly marketing. The foam gets to me, so that is really reassuring.
She gave me two particularly soft brushes and some xylitol gum. Trident is a market brand of xylitol gum, which helps with your teeth and can make your breath smell better.
The whole purpose of brushing is to disrupt plaque buildup. You don’t need to brush twice a day, every day with toothpaste if you brush correctly- little circles, focusing on near the gums (where most plaque builds up). So if you’re having a bad sensory day and can’t brush at all, it’s not the end of the world.
Hell, you don’t even need a toothbrush if even the post-surgical ones are too harsh. Going over your teeth with the same motions using a washcloth is enough.
She wants to find a fluoride rinse that has a taste I can stand (peppermint is the only mint I can stand) but she’s not particularly worried about it.
I go to Dr. Barr in Chicago. If you can get to the State St. Macy’s, his office is nearby. He’s very kind and patient and really understanding of my needs as an autistic person. The hygienist, I don’t know her name, announced everything she was going to do before she did it, and stopped frequently to see how I was doing.
This is really the only positive dentist I’ve ever had- past dentists have been too rough and not bothered to help find ways I can actually brush.
Basically this is a glowing recommendation for Dr. Barr’s office if you’re autistic, afraid of dentists, or have sensory needs. This is a recommendation even if you don’t have any of those things.

You can also dilute your mouthwash and use it to swish around if it burns. My dentist does this so consider it dentally approved

💕 Attention Age Regressors 💕
It is very important that you filter certain tags so that you don’t accidentally reblog from kink blogs. I always check blogs to see if I should follow back or if I have to block bots/blogs that break my DNI. Lately many of my new followers who want their blogs SFW/age regression have been reblogging post that contain # DDLG, MDLB, CGL (NOT CGLRE, which is safe) ABDL, TBDL, Age Play. I completely understand if you didn’t mean to! I’ve done the same before I learned to filter.
If you’re new to age regression on Tumblr, let me explain why you should filter these tags. These tags are unsafe. They are unsafe because they are related to kink communities. Even if there is SFW in front of any of these terms, it is still kink! These terms are especially unsafe if you are a minor. Minors should not be involved in kink. It is dangerous.
Filter to keep your blog as safe as it can possibly be. When you filter tag(s), any post with the tag(s) will have a warning on it. This makes avoiding kink communities easier.
So how do you filter? If you’re on the app, simply go to the notifications tab, click on the 3 dots in the top right corner. Click settings and you should see filtering near the top. On desktop, click on account, go to settings and filtering will be near the bottom. Start with filtering the terms above. There are more complex terms related to those above that you should filter. There are also other tags unrelated to kink that you should filter. My filtered tags are attached below:
Remember: Age regression is a coping mechanism and is never a kink. Age regression is always safe. Age regression is not age play!

I find a lot of DDLG blogs and profiles (on Instagram) will do this (which is extremely annoying) but I also find some regressors doing the same thing. For example, their description will say"SFW agere" but then they will tag the kink terms. It’s confusing and dangerous. Cross tagging is dangerous because many minors use the agere/age regression tag and if someone in DDLG (variants) comes across that they get the wrong idea and many times there are those who leave nasty messages. If you have a follower that is doing this, politely correct them.
Keep yourselves safe, especially all followers who are minors. If you have any questions on what the tags mean, please don’t hesitate to message me. 💕
