Ah, welcome, I am here, just someone who was born on America's birthday, many interests include Osomatsu-San, Sailor Moon, Madoka Magica, Tokyo Mirage Sessions, and Cute High Earth Defense Club, and if you want to date me, sorry, I'm taken, and I’m an adult. She/he/they (they/them preferred)
Summary of Inanimate Insanity: Your usual object show but every single contestant has depression, including the seemingly more stable ones, and the host has depression too for good measure, and there is that horrible corn who should die for hurting them.
So, during my year absence from making posts…I drew this in January for Luka’s birthday (January 30th), first serious drawing in a while…and I love it.
do you fw KanaMafu but it’s Knifecase (platonic or romantic on both pairs)? /gen
you have no idea what you've just unleashed.
i'm personally a romantic kanamafu believer and a platonic knifecase believer, but i feel like the distinction between platonic and romantic doesn't really matter much with this comparison because at their core, they are ALMOST IDENTICAL.
they're both a pairing between a character who got so used to having their agency taken away from them that they completely gave up on having any kind of personal wants or needs as long as it would benefit the people around them, and a character who developed a sort of savior complex as an unhealthy way of coping with the self-loathing they struggle with as a result of having hurt people in the past. (granted in kanade's case she only BELIEVES she was responsible for what happened to her dad, meanwhile knife was. literally killing and maiming people for fun. but knowing kanade, she would probably fully believe what she "did" is on the same level as what knife used to get up to.)
the similarities even go beyond their individual characterization, the way they interact with EACH OTHER is extremely similar. the "savior" figure initially wanted to help the "victim" figure for selfish reasons (kanade wanting to fulfill her goal of "saving" someone with her music, knife believing that him getting suitcase on his side could benefit him in the long term), though that selfishness soon turns into a genuine bond. but even as their relationship grows into something more "real", that selfishness still lingers, and it leads to the savior figure almost infantilizing the victim figure to the point where their actions almost resemble those of the people that hurt them to begin with. kanade hyperfixates on what SHE believes is best for mafuyu while ignoring her actual wishes just like mafuyu's mom, and knife views suitcase as someone who "needs to be protected" the same way that baseball did. obviously neither of these characters treat the victim figure the way they do out of malice, it's just an unfortunate lesson in dramatic irony.
thankfully, knife eventually got some sense knocked into him by suitcase ("i never needed your protection") and learned to let her take care of herself, but kanade and mafuyu aren't at that point yet. i'm expecting that to change in the next few niigo focuses though, judging by how kana5 was about kanade's determination to "save" mafuyu beginning to take a dangerous toll on her both mentally and physically, and both mafu6 and mafuyu's kana5 card story worsening mafuyu's belief that she's at fault for the mental distress of the people around her, including kanade. i personally believe that her kana5 card is meant to represent her distress from realizing that the pedestal that kanade's put her on is beginning to cause her to "break apart", and that's one way that kanamafu and knifecase differ. knife isn't as openly unstable as kanade is (internally?? UHHHH well that's a whole different conversation), and his dedication to helping suitcase is nowhere near as intense as "i need to save you with my music and if i fail to do so i will literally kill myself". both of these factors keep us from ending up in a situation where suitcase ends up feeling guilty for the perceived trouble she's causing since knife was generally pretty hands-off when it came to helping her pre-finale, and by the time the finale rolls around, she's built up enough confidence to call him out on his bullshit. thankfully project sekai is an idol gacha and we don't have to worry about kanade literally dying like knife did (even though she wants to), so that's pretty neat.
even with those differences, their dynamic is still the same at its core. like i said, the distinction between romantic and platonic doesn't really matter here since it doesn't change much beyond whether or not they kiss on the mouth or whatever. i'm a knickle + aroace suitcase truther, you all know this. i'll leave you guys with mafuyu and kanade's engeki cards, since i think they also represent suitcase and knife's dynamic in late season two really well. the victim figure frees themselves from the ties imprisoning them, and the savior figure holds onto them tightly so that they can't be hurt further. even if their relationship has flaws, that doesn't mean they're incapable of being there for each other in a way that matters. and in both cases, we just have to wait and see if the roles will be reversed as the story continues.
anyways this is probably the most autistic post i've ever made. thankfully after the mizu5 + s2e17 power hour i know there's some amount of overlap between ii fans and pjsk fans, so this has to appeal to SOMEBODY.
i love creating parallels between characters from completely unrelated pieces of media. it is my favorite activity.
yeah so this has only gotten more #True with time. never doubt my character parallels between unrelated pieces of media. i'm always right.
update for the non project sekai folks: kanade is finally being forced to confront the idea that one day, mafuyu might not need her anymore, and what that would mean for her self-given purpose of "saving" her. there's also the matter of most of the group graduating soon and having to figure out their futures (mizuki's still a second year, but she's already got a good idea of what she wants to pursue after high school), and kanade has given it the least thought out of everyone since she's been so preoccupied with group stuff and her and mafuyu's domestic situationship from hell.
in other words, her and knife are both soooooooo fucked. like soooooooooo fucked.

Hello to all, my name is Mohamed, and I'm doing this to help to raise funds for a family from Gaza City to survive from this global situatio

My name is Hejer, and I am from the Gaza Strip. Before the war, I lived with my family in relative stability despite the challenges surrounding us. I was studying Doctor of Pharmacy, and my three siblings were also university students. We all had big dreams and worked hard to achieve them. My father was the sole provider for our family, and despite our limited income, he managed to cover our education expenses and basic needs.
But on October 7th, our lives were turned upside down. We woke up to the sounds of bombings, destruction, and bloodshed filling our streets. There was no time to process what was happening; we were only searching for safety—but in Gaza, there was no safe place.
In the early days of the war, we lost access to basic necessities. Water was cut off, food became scarce, and our education, which we had worked so hard for, suddenly felt like a distant dream. My father, who had always provided for us, could no longer do so as he lost his source of income amid the chaos.
As the bombings intensified, we had no choice but to flee. We grabbed whatever little we could carry and left under the terrifying sounds of explosions and gunfire, walking with no clear destination—just searching for shelter. We moved from one place to another, from one house to a shelter, and then to tents that could not protect us from the cold of winter or the scorching summer heat.
We tried to hold on, but the conditions only worsened. There was no more education, no normal life—only fear and survival.
After months of displacement and suffering, we attempted to return to our home, only to find it completely destroyed. We no longer had a roof over our heads, no place to call home. The infrastructure was wiped out, water was inaccessible, electricity was nonexistent, and life as we knew it had disappeared.
Now, we are trying to survive amidst skyrocketing prices and extreme shortages. We do not have enough money to buy even the most basic necessities. I do not know if I will ever be able to continue my education, nor do I know how my siblings will complete theirs. I do not know how we will rebuild our lives in the middle of this devastation.
Today, we are searching for a glimmer of hope, a chance for a dignified life, a helping hand to lift us from this suffering. We do not ask for much—just the opportunity to live, to continue our education, to have a normal life like everyone else.
Please, do not abandon us in this pain. Do not deprive us of your support, for hope is the only thing we have left.

🚨 Urgent Appeal: Save My Family’s Life Before It’s Too Late 🚨 I am Nuha from Gaza. I have 5 children. The situation is catastrophic. My children go to sleep without eating and they go to sleep scared. Please donate to them.
Please, help us as soon as possible. I am now homeless, we are on the streets, and the situation is getting worse. What makes it even harder is that my husband is injured in the war, and I am the sole provider for my family. I have 5 children, and one of them is a baby with no milk, and she is slowly dying.
The war is growing more brutal by the day, The planes are raining down shells, burning, killing without mercy. Today, the Israeli army ordered us to evacuate our area immediately amid heavy bombing. Since this morning until now, they have killed 70 people, and my family and I barely survived. 💔
Most families have been displaced, but we do not have the money to escape to safer areas. The cost of transportation and displacement is extremely high, while what little we manage to gather is barely enough to keep us from starving amidst the siege, border closures, and insane price hikes. 😓
Time is running out, and danger surrounds us from all sides. We need to urgently gather the cost of evacuation and transportation to save our lives.
Please, do not leave us alone in this hell.
Your donation now means saving our lives and giving us a chance to live. 🥹🫂
🚨We are now fleeing from death, as they have ordered the immediate evacuation of our area. We are in an extremely difficult situation and don't know where to go. Please, help us in these difficult moments.🚨
We have returned to zero, and that we have returned to nothingness. And now we have returned to nothingness, unfortunately, it is unbelievable what we are experiencing of great loss that no human being can bear!💔🍉
I hope my message reaches every person who understands and feels the meaning of humanity.❤️🍉 In short, I am very tired of what has happened to us and I cry when I remember anything in every word I write.😓💔 Please, my friend, be a human being and feel with us. Donate anything to buy and pay for the basic needs only. I do not want much from you, but really, any donation is an appreciation for us. Your donation will make a difference and I feel that there is hope in this world to stand with us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who supports us in these stifling and harsh circumstances. May God bless you and give you goodness, health and wellness.🌹🍉

"The moment Palestinian journalists and photographers burned as a result of a direct Zionist bombing targeting their tent inside Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.
The bombing was deliberate, extending to those who conveyed the truth through their lenses and cameras, turning their tent into fire, smoke, and screams.
They were targeted in the heart of the only remaining humanitarian space, within the premises of a hospital that was supposed to be safe.
At that moment, not only were their tools burned, but also the truth they tried to deliver to the world.
A tragic scene added to the series of crimes committed by the occupation against civilians, confirming that the free voice is one of the targets of this aggression."
"Death by burning, death by cold, death by hunger, death by bombing, death by trauma, death by disease, death by lack of treatment, death by fear, death by being crushed by tanks and bulldozers, death under rubble, death by drowning, death by bleeding, death on the roads, death in aid boxes.
Gaza and its people have endured all forms of death."
Please take a few minutes to watch the video and read this post.
I am writing these words after losing hope in everyone… except for you, my friends. Tumblr has a very large number of users, estimated in the millions . That’s an enormous number! But imagine, with all those of people, how would you feel if people saw you and ignored you? You’d feel deeply disappointed, right? Or maybe you’d even wish for death.
Have you ever wished for death? For me, I feel like I’d rather die than be ignored by everyone. If I wasn’t in desperate need of help, I wouldn’t ask anyone for it. I really need help.
Imagine for a moment that you have a small child you love dearly, and you’re forced to watch her suffer in front of your eyes. This isn’t just an imagination for me; it’s my reality. My family and I live this pain every day.
Please, be our hope. Be our voice. Be the ones who save us from despair. Don’t ignore us. Donate, even if it’s just $5 .
There are so many people reading this post right now. I beg anyone who sees these words to donate if they can, and if not, to share this post. Please, don’t leave us behind.
Be our family, or think of us as members of your own family, and save us from this suffering. No matter how small the amount, your help means the world to us. And if you can’t donate, share this post and add a few kind words to inspire others to help.
Hi, I'm Lia & I'm organizing this fundraiser for my friends the Shehabs. They're… L J needs your support for Help Sahar & Her Family Survive
Thank you so much, everyone. I wish you all the best.

My old account was deleted and it had a lot of followers. I worked hard on the account until it became great, but unfortunately it was deleted and I don’t know why. Now, after suffering for 3 weeks with the Internet, I was finally able to create a new account. I hope everyone will participate in spreading my account and donating if you can.
This is my story.👇
My name is Abdullah, a university student, 20 years old. I was forced to leave my home in the north of Gaza and go to the south under bombardment. I lived far from my home for a year and a half. I lived in a tent for 9 months and lived in very difficult conditions in the summer and winter. We suffered a lot, a suffering that I cannot sum up in a few words. There were many nights of fear, cold, and rain.🥶🌧️
Now I will put a picture of myself before the war and a picture after it and the difference will be very, very clear. A picture that will summarize a lot of the suffering that we lived through during the months of the war.
I was a university student and I had spent my first year and I had dreams for the future and I wished to achieve them, but unfortunately the war came and everything was destroyed and my university was destroyed.💔😫
I know it's embarrassing to ask for money this way, but I'm still a young guy who doesn't have a job and hasn't finished college, I hope everyone can help in whatever way they can and thank you all.❤️🫶🏻
