I came in hot this morning. In an hour, I had registered for the conference, replied to many emails, sent out my work schedule, and submitted my hours.
Next, it was off to a school for data collection! One of the studies I'm on is looking at moral development in adolescence. The participants are always so adorable and especially filled with Christmas cheer!
Back at home, I began studying for my virology final that's on Saturday! That will be my main focus for tomorrow, I can't wait!
This evening was magical. I had a lovely supper with some family members & we all went Christmas shopping together. ❄ My grandfather bought me Christmas lights for my balcony! ❤💚 I put them up immediately when I got home! I was really proud of myself for putting them up alone. I'm 23 years old but I'm just now starting to find some independence. An incredibly difficult and moving journey!
Currently cleaning the apartment & then going to settle with some basketball (I'm 4'10 and have some serious dunk dreamz 🏀) & do some drawing! 💖
Productive me-days are the BEST! I'm going to let go of what hasn't been done yet and just let that pride soak in, and enjoy the wonderful efforts and energy that I put into myself today. ❤
