Taken while on the upper part of the Congaree Trail/walkway at the Congaree National Park in South Carolina. This was shot in early Jan of 2019. Beautiful yet eerie park as you walk the trails through the southern swamp lands.

This image was taken on New Year’s Day in 2019 while on the Palmetto Trail in Peak, SC. The mist was still hovering over Broad River causing an almost painting like scene that you would see from the classical paintings of the 18th century. I wish that the camera could capture exactly how the eyes took in this view. It was truly breathtaking.
