Moghedien was about 200 when the Bore was drilled, which was considered young for an Aes Sedai back then, so Latra was likely much older. Roughly 400 years pass between the Bore and the end of the Breaking, and Rhuidean was founded centuries later so yeah, the woman was well over a 1000. That's impressive, but also means she was around for the founding of the White Tower and really could've filled in a lot of the gaps those sisters had in their knowledge but just decided "Nah".
