haii 😸😸 here’s a KR2000 edit that I finally wrapped up. this movie has lots of issues but the thing that rubs me in such a wrong way is KITT being put into michael’s chevy. a car that KITT was already a bit jealous or maybe even wary of… and KITT get forced into it because his actual body got scrapped. scrapped while michael was off retired and fixing up a chevy, like an easy replacement for KITT. oh and surely KITT feels discomfort at being the car that he knows michael finds great enjoyment in. it’s just so uncomfortable. I could dig so deeply into this movie but just saying…

(↑ KITT quotes HAL 9000 and the scene itself is reminiscent of the pod bay doors scene from 2001:ASO.

Also, a funny thing but an officer in this episode is called Bowman, which is the last name of the main character in 2001:ASO called Dave Bowman. KITT references HAL, and we have a character called Bowman in the same episode.)
