I have another question about your interloper au,
Does the other (anyone but sunny) have any control on headspace? Like could they manifest things in headspace if they wanted?

Sunny is the only one who is able to fully conjure something since it's his mind/headspace first and foremost— he is the Dreamer! The others can do so in a much smaller scale, inspired by the Law of Equivalent Exchange from Fullmetal Alchemist; if they have the material for something, they can use it to change its form/shape! For example, Aubrey wears a bracelet with wooden beads that she is able to transform into her bat, Hero's bracelets can into his pan, and Kel's rubber wristband turns into his basketball.
Actually now that I think about it, a better way to describe this is that everyone else needs a component, kind of like how some spells in DnD require components to cast them, but Sunny would have an arcane focus!
But in short, no, the others can't fully manifest anything to the scale that Sunny is able to. They have limitations.
