Part 1 ( had to trim the first recording I got into three parts because I was having a hard time posting it)

I didn't have much of an appetite all day, but I when I came home from work, I thought it would be a good idea to try to get some supper in me. I made a packet of ramen and felt so full after eating it... I knew I made the wrong choice. A little over an hour later it all came back up again. I was so sick, throwing up into a bread bag. And it just kept coming to! By the second and third part I kept trying to move to stop the recording but every little motion started me throwing up again. I think you can tell how exhausted my body was getting towards the end of it.

I stepped into the shower to get ready for Christmas at a family member's house. Shortly after I got in the shower, my stomach started rumbling and I got the signal that I was going to be sick. I stepped out of the shower and hovered over the toilet, and my stomach wouldn't stop heaving. Several times I felt like I was choking, and my stomach just kept retching and bringing up more and more. It's mostly liquid because I've mostly been sipping on water and clear soda today. I lost control of my bladder a few times, there was a small puddle under me after I was finished. I continued on with my shower, I'm still going to Christmas, I'm just going to be about 45 minutes late....let's hope my stomach can keep it together tonight.

Sick at work, sick at home, sick literally everywhere lol.

So I’ve been in the fucking pits.

On a heavy course of antibiotics for an infection in my stomach (ironic right lol).

Unsurprisingly, I’ve been having liquid diarrhea. That’s what hit me first and really hard. I kind of exploded in my underwear last night and cried for like thirty minutes. Had to squat in the shower and push as much of it out as I could. 

I threw up twice at work today, and had an accident again once from the force but it wasn’t nearly as bad as last night so I could clean up and kept on.

The first time it was really chunky and awful, probably my lunch. The second time was mostly digested and honestly better because the chunks were mixed with the water I drank. 

I kept burping up vomit into in my mouth when I went back to work, it was burning hot and completely liquid and tasted like shit. three times I rushed to the toilet again and only gagged because I could feel the heat creeping up my chest. 

I tried having a meal replacement shake and some toast to settle my belly after work, but obviously this backfired. I’ve never really thrown up like this before, i would get little warning and it would sort of explode out of me. It tasted and smelled literally VILE like the most bitter shit I’ve ever vomited, straight medicine. It got on the toilet seat a few times, like every time I would stand up it would coax more air out of me and I’d have to lean back over. 

(TMI but I was also farting like crazy the entire time, ew, I think I’m kind of empty on that end but I still had my pants off in case)

I do actually feel way better after this last puke. I’m in bed now and I have a bowl with me because I still feel queasy and full somehow. More burping but I think it’s empty air. I hope lol. 

Usually vomiting turns me on to some degree but this was legit harrowing lol and embarrassing as fuck because I had to tell my coworkers I was off being sick in the toilet.

I wrote that last night and this is the today update:

Really thought that I was feeling a lot better today. I had some lunch (rice and chicken) and lay around most of the day too tired to get up. Only problem was the bloating, I have NEVER been this bloated and tight, especially in my lower belly. I’m real skinny and it was sticking out of me completely rounded like I was going to explode. 

Then something happened to me that’s never happened before, I threw up into my hands. I fucking wish I made this up. was lying on the couch, feeling queasy after lunch but not really thinking anything of it. I was massaging my belly to work gas out the other end. I suddenly gagged once and threw up into my mouth, then immediately BURPED into my mouth already full of vomit, which burst out onto my hands, down my shirt and sprayed the edge of the couch because I coughed at the same time. 

Completely mortifying, I felt like a toddler. 

I stood up and ran to the toilet with my hands cupped under my chin (still covered in vomit), on my way there I threw up into my mouth again but held it in. I threw up three times into the toilet but was straining a lot and my tummy was already hurting from last night so it was painful af. When I had a little break I downed some water and decided I was gonna move to my bed, and take a trash bag with me in case. I was holding the bag under my mouth and could hear and feel liquid and air moving around. More burping and gagging, Then I spent a solid forty minutes bringing up my water in a few huge gushes, then very slowly my lunch, and finally belching a disgusting mix of hot bile and water. I’m on the couch again (cleaned lol) and have the bag by the side. I’m not feeling as bad after that which seems to be the trend but my throat burns and my belly hurts so much. 

Hopefully this is the last day of this I fucking pray lol.

3am >_< was laying down my tummy just kept churning, i felt so sick and just lost control…all i had was a four loko i’m such a lightweight :P i still feel nauseous i feel like m’gonna be sick again but i don’t wanna get upppp ugh

my favorite part is about 30 seconds in and yes i got puke on my bed T^T the whole time i was just wishing someone could rub my tummy (and maybe between my legs hehe)

this morning I was really hungry so I ate 3 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of bacon and 2 biscuits. I then went to cheer practice for 3 hours immediately after. I started feeling sick about 30 minutes into practice but that was before we even started anything besides warm ups. I got stunted and then went to the bathroom 3 times to throw up. I kept going to the bathroom to rub my stomach because it’s so bloated and feels so heavy. I just need a break i feel so sick.
