So… this is that time of the year. The time to stop and take a look back at the previous 365 days and consider our plans for the next year, and hope for the best since the truth is the future is uncertain – and 2016 made sure to remind us of that.

This has been a particularly difficult one for me, personally, but this post isn’t about my problems. This post is my appreciation to the people and blogs that have made my year a little better – because despite the many problems I have with the mindsets I encounter on this site, this site is also one of the few things that help keep me more or less sane.

I’m not calling this a follow forever. That implies a level of commitment that I don’t feel comfortable announcing to the four winds. This is an appreciation post, as the banner says. 

Some names on this list are people are friends, whom I hold dear even though I might not have interacted much with them recently because I’m weird like that. Some are people that I have interacted with only occasionally. Some are people I’ve never properly interacted with besides likes and reblogs. Some are people I don’t necessarily see eye to eye on everything, but still appreciate seeing on my dash and have affection towards. Some are fansites, aesthetic or food blogs whose posts I like seeing on my dash… 

I’m not making a distinction. But this is enough talk…
