Probably not gonna come close to placing but it doesn't matter yet. I want another attempt at a 500 squat and 1300+ total. I'm more than capable right now. Training at a new gym to prepare. @uspapower

I don't actually lift anything in the gym. I just go there, throw chalk all over the place and eat Sour Patch Kids.
Last day of the first week of Candito's (@canditotraininghq) 9 Week squat program. I hit squats 5 days in a row this week and never felt so good. 500lbs coming in 8 weeks. Video is a set of 3 short pause squats w/ 365lbs. Most I've ever done for any pause reps single or triple.
That feel when you're part of only 1 of 9 Marines that got accepted into the Naval Academy Prep School/U.S. Naval Academy. USNA gives 85 slots to Marines a year but the average acceptance is around 10. Feels okay, man feels okay.
I like to wear shirts that don't apply to me. It doesn't matter how much you actually lift. The only thing that matters is how much you say you can lift (or how much your shirt says) so basically all of it. #ApemanStrong #idontevenlift

500lb reverse band squat. Now I know what 500lbs feels like. Had a little issue with the knees caving in out of the hole but it happens. Other than that, probably my best squat day. Hit 345lb (raw) for an easy 8 where my previous best was for 7. #DatDepthTho #RoadTo500
When you've pretty much got the gym to yourself, you can do stuff like this. I don't know how much band tension this was but it was a pain to lock it out.
