Fudgy Chocolate Microwave Mug Brownie
Everyone loves a Chocolate Brownie! Whether you are a chewy lover or a fudgy gooey lover, in the end, we all love the same dessert. With the lockdown getting extended and ‘work from home’ becoming the new normal, satisfy your brownie craving in minutes with this easy and quick fudgy and delicious brownie in a mug.
Ingredients
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour – 1 ½ tbsp
Granulated white sugar – 2 tbsp
Vegetable or olive oil – 2 tbsp
Dark chocolate, chopped – 2 tbsp
Method
Step 1: Take a 250 ml microwave-safe mug, add cocoa powder, flour, oil and sugar. Mix all the ingredients properly with a mini whisk.
Step 2: Whisk briskly until the mixture becomes smooth. Add water (if needed) and make sure to break any lumps.
Step 3: Add half of the chopped chocolate to the mixture and stir the batter. Sprinkle remaining chocolate on top of the mixture.
Step 4: Place your mug in the microwave and cook for about 40 seconds at high power. You may adjust the timing depending on the wattage of your microwave. Please note the top of the brownie should not be completely drizzly. Also, make sure not to overcook your brownie.
