how should i use protein powder and what kind should i use?
Be very generous with your protein powder. I drink 4 scoops of whey protein to satisfy my protein intake. It does not help that much to take 1 scoop a day. You can either drink it in the morning if you don't eat protein in the morning or right after your workout if you're hungry. -Won
