laughs this is from 4 days ago I’m so sorry, but she’s good. we’re still dating. drama on this blog (the reason we left) just got too much so she deleted her jace blog because it was healthier for her.

Sometimes it’s hard to say goodbye, this is not one of those times. It has been a year and 2 months that I’ve had Simon and it’s time to move on from him. I don’t know where I’ll go, I don’t know if I’ll even keep roleplaying. If you want to contact me there are ways to, but I’m going to be selective; I’m leaving this blog because it’s healthy. Some people who were in my life during this time were not and I need to be careful to keep distance from them now.
all in all it’s been fun, thank you and as always - so long and thanks for all the fish.

"papa, will you sing me a lullaby?" the girl hovers in the doorway, teartracks over the apples of her cheeks as a small stuffed rabbit dangles from her hand. "Daddy said he's busy, and his lullabys give me nightmares." ~edenpromised
“His lullabies scare you?” He asks, despite laughing at the thought that Jace’s lullabies scare her. “they aren’t so bad,” he grins as he makes his way over to her. She’s a bit too tall to be carried, but he scoops her up regardless, setting her on his hip with ease. Hand comes up and strokes her cheek, clearing the tears away from her cheeks as no princess should be crying right now.
Settling in bed with her tucks her in and settles beside her, thinking about the song he should sing for her. “Mmm, how about,” and he begins to hum, singing you are my sunshine, gently and sweetly for her so she could fall asleep.
Someone is chewing through the leg of the dining room table.
“Valentine.” the tone is firm as he walks over to the table, crouches beneath and snags the child from his makeshift chew toy. “We do not chew on the dining room table.” He doesn’t like punishing his children, it’s actually his least favorite thing to do. So with a simple swat to his rear as punishment he then carries him to the playroom, setting him down and getting a toy that is okay to chew on him. “This, Val, is something you can chew on.” he sighs a little, “I do love you, I just need you to understand that we don’t chew on the dining room table, okay?”
