"I hope you like green tea..." He began, placing his mug down as he crossed his legs on the couch, of course sometimes he could understand people, but he seemed to be misreading their expressions more than ever, and even though she was clearly beaming at the sight of it, Sanggil thought that perhaps it was only a front, and that maybe she actually couldn't stand green tea– it was nonsense, of course, but he still had to ask. "I think I have some vanilla cake left over from work too, if you'd prefer... I work part time at a bakery and the boss never likes anything going to waste."
He smiled softly, shaking his head at her question, "Of course it wouldn't be, I don't offer unless I mean it... We'll figure out that when it comes to it, maybe we just need to explore a little with them." He shrugged his shoulder lightly, thankful that he wouldn't condemn his puppy to a lifetime alone (mind you, that was just his over exaggerated opinion).
Gil leant forward, holding his mug to warm his hands as he leant back against his couch, subconsciously biting at his lip as he thought, "No, really not that long." He agreed with a short nod of his head, blowing carefully on his tea before he took a sip, his brow furrowed as he glanced towards the shelf. "Oh, yeah. Busan, actually... I spent forever down the beach, even in winter." And just saying that brought a smile to the baker's face, "I keep that bottle since we're not so close to sea. It just reminds me of it on days I can't make it down there." He explained, his lips pressed to his mug for another small sip of tea, realising he hadn't asked the most obvious question, "Why? Did you too?"
