Having bipolar is wild. People be like "you haven't had hypomania/depression for awhile are you sure you've got bipolar" like I'm a vending machine of moods. Listen people, you still have the bipolar diagnosis even if you haven't had a single mood situation for years. I'm not your local performance artist. It doesn't work like that.
