How do you get your photos onto your phone to edit on VSCO? And how long does it take you to edit a set of photos?

I just sync them from my computer

do you use autofocus when using your canon rebel t3i? or do you use manual? I also have the canon rebel t3i and I would love to know what settings you use :)
