What’s meant for you is still finding its way, and when it arrives, it will remind you why waiting was necessary.

There's always going to be ups and downs in your life and it doesn't mean you shouldn't feel the pain. Life is about ups and downs. You just have to be able to ride the waves of this life. One minute you're low and feelin' shallow, then all of a sudden you rise

If your day has even been just okay, it’s not worth ruining it due to one bad occurrence towards the end. Preserve your spirits and let the grievance pass you.

Small acts can be helpful

Surely you agree in helping others however much you can. Any helpful act big or small, can touch a life in wonderful ways.

Self care works the same way. Small acts of kindness go a long way in helping your mind and body function and sustain itself better.

Eat a little if not feeling like eating a full meal on your off days. Take frequent but little sips of water. Walk out to your terrace or balcony or around your block but try not to stay in bed when you feel low.

On your low days make the littlest amount of effort of you want to, but do make it for yourself and you’ll see a positive impact✨

… is to let life flow and take you along for the ride. We often try to control everything and manage where we are going. This can end us up in situations where we don’t know how or where to proceed.

The best way to navigate is to loosen the control a bit and see where life takes you. Granted it may not be the best path but it could help you bring to a place from where you can start to take a little more control.

You can decide where to go from there. It’s your life, live it a little more freely ✨
