I've been in and out of hospital treating malaria for the past few days and this morning I woke up finally feeling a bit of my energy restored and I ate a microdose of mushrooms paired with shilajit and then went outside and climbed our oldest mango tree. The wind passed through the leaves and the branches while I was up there and I'm not gonna lie, that did a lot for my self esteem
