It's a shame there are no dog tags in one piece. The marines have picture i.ds, so dog tags aren't a far stretch. Dog tags are such an immediately recognizable piece of military hardware, and the way they could be utilized in-universe is rife with possibilities. Even more so for sentimental reasons. Nami wearing Bellmere's tags? Law wearing Cora's? Cora having tags? Luffy with an old pair of Garp's he used to teeth on? Kuzan wearing his after he left the marines? Coby happy to get his first pair of tags? The sheer eroticism of Smoker and going around with titties and tags on display? Hold on

Thinking about how the fact that Tashigi got out of it unscathed and was still able to analyze the course of the battle at its height is a testament to her strength and clear-sightedness at such a young age.
