I thought a lot about resent events in manga, and here is my theory. What if Ukitake and Yamamoto are still alive? Nobody has seen their bodies, and we still don't know what is under that gravestone! In the same chapter we seen that something is climbing out of the boards. We still don't know anything about Ichigo. He even didn't come to Rukia's appointment ceremony, but we all know, that friends are everything for him. So I think, that after defeating Yahweh, Ichigo (and maybe Ishida), disappeared the same way that Yama-jii and Ukitake. As we have seen Yahweh drove the future, and therefore, he could transfer his enemies to the next 10 years... and therefore the 12th division found Yahweh's reiatsu only now!
