Luna bars are pretty tasty and have only 5g of sugar, but the ingredients are chemical-ly. Larabars are interesting. Its mostly dates and other flavors (all ethically sourced) but they have at least 15g of sugar per bar. They both have 6-7g of protein. You could eat about one per day and then strictly limit your sugar intake for the rest, receiving protein from other sources with little or no sugar.
