The Good
They say there is good in everything, even in the darkest of times.
Being forced here in Eldridge, I didn’t expect any good to come out of it. But, even the darkest of times good things can come out of it. At least that’s what they say. For me? The good so far is learning about Harlow King and the fact that I am no longer alone in the world. Next would be the fact that Dominic Nicastro finally learned why I left town and doesn’t absolutely hate me anymore. I don’t know if our relationship can be repaired, but it’s a start. Then there are all the friends that I have reconnected with that actually make my life not as miserable here in this town.
The Bad
Hard times may hold you down, but they don’t last forever.
The amount of bad things that have happened since being back in this town are insurmountable to me. Between having the recurring nightmare of Dennis beating me every single night that I sleep in my family home, losing my friends, and then the cellar. The bad things are just adding up. Hopefully this host nonsense goes away soon and the amount of bad things can go down to a tolerable amount.
