3 days no whining/complaining affirming ( challenge )
Keep in mind this works for ME. so I'm sharing it. I'm a very strict person so I prefer stricter rules but always remember you make your own rules. This is inspired by Sammy Ingram because I tried it out and it goes well with my mindset.
In 3 days No whining affirming challenge ( inspired by robotic affirming ) the instructions are :
As you wake up, do not touch any screens except for setting a timer of 10-20 or more minutes if you have. And just affirm. Affirm stubbornly and pretend it's done.
During the day everytime someone or something triggers you affirm robotically.
During tasks that are too boring affirm as well.
Take at least 30 minutes out of your day to do 3 separate 10 minutes session of focused affirming. The more sessions, the better.
Keep a self concept affirmation too, it helps with motivation. I.e : isn't it wonderful?, wow shifting/manifesting is do easy etc etc
No whining means not getting triggered, even if you wake up the next day in the same 3d ( which we never do, we are always manifesting little changes unconsciously ) just affirm even if you feel upset about it.
While you go to bed, if you fall asleep too fast then that's okay but if you can't then affirm calmly as if you're putting yourself to sleep. ( it shakes me awake sometimes ) so this one is optional but try it out.
You are free to feel upset or sad or taking breaks. But I highly recommend keeping your thoughts in your favor. Thoughts and feelings aren't same. Feelings are a part of your 3d and thoughts happen your mind which is linked to your inner world, 4d. You're changing your inner world not your 3d.
You can do this challenge for however long but just try it for 3 days consistently.
You can pick any desire, shifting or manifesting anything.
I'm not giving any guarantees that this is the only way to get what you want. This is just my way to manifest things and it works for me.
i feel like a CCCHUD because i wasnt tagged to this but im GOING TO DO IT ANYWAY OKAY.
its just 🤩🤩 so peak 🤩🤩
btw if @therealjayvikfanchild, @nachimbagjwi and @sadollzie dont do this they HATE ME and want me DEAD and its the same if YYYYOU dont do it either okay

One of my most prominent changes in self is that after you shift a lot you'll become detached from reality. You can't help it. Because you'll become so familiar with the fact that nothing is permanent so you'll just stop caring what happens and why. Now even if something bad happens I just don't care because I know I can shift from here or manifest this never happened. I like it this way though but it took away the 'seriousness' from me. I'd rather spend my life being detached and unserious than worrying about my grades. It's just my experience and I chose to be detached. If you manifest you don't feel that then you won't. I wanna stay unserious and enjoy the unlimited realities. But it doesn't mean realities don't feel real to me, it just gave me a "choice" to be serious or to not be. Shifting is a choice to me.
If shifting is real, why do so many people shift through Lucid Dreaming or through sleep? Doesn’t that indicate it’s just a dream?
Not really. The reason so many people find it easier to shift through a sleep state or through a Lucid Dream is because those states facilitate sensory disconnection from this reality.
When you’re sleeping, your brain literally processes sensory information differently. You don’t hear, feel, see, or touch anything in the waking world the way you normally do.
Your senses are entirely disconnected from this reality, immersed in a different state. This mimics the deep focus state of meditation. And in order to shift, you have to disconnect your consciousness from your senses and log it into another set of data. Because your senses come from your body, but when you shift you inhabit a different body and a different world (a different set of data).
When you’ve been close to shifting you’ve probably had “phantom” sensations or heard “phantom” sounds. These are not hallucinations, although they probably occurred in a state of deep meditation. These are indicators that your consciousness is tapping into another world.
That’s right—that’s my theory; that different realities are not “locally” somewhere else (in a way that would require a literal transition from point a to point b) but that they superimpose each other simultaneously. According to the most accepted interpretation of quantum mechanics, the universe isn’t locally real. And believe it or not, this has actual implications for our practice. The Many-World Interpretation of quantum mechanics parallels my intuitions.
So when you shift you’re not actually “going” somewhere else. Because of non-locality, there is no here or there. It’s just a different set of information, of data, and your consciousness has the capacity to access it. Think of it as different tabs on the same browser; each one has a different set of data showing up, but they’re all equally real and they all appear in the same screen.
Under this interpretation, coupled with phenomenology (the study of first-person experience), dreams themselves might be different realities in their own right. Which means that reality and our experience of it happens on a spectrum.
Makes sense—but Riri, belief systems can be internally coherent yet be completely false, like in cults or religions.
Uh, yeah, I’m aware. The difference why my deductions and knowledge take me here and why those of others take them to deny shifting as a whole is our presuppositions.
Based on the evidence I have—which is both anecdotical and personal—I have chosen to study shifting as a real phenomenon. I am presupposing that all shifting experiences are real. Could I be wrong? Yeah, of course, marginally I could be. So could anyone that denies the phenomenon. What I’m trying to defend here is that belief in shifting isn’t wrong, incoherent or crazy. It might be triggering for some but that’s kinda like a skill issue.
Our presuppositions can always be wrong. That’s literally Descartes, Kant, and the whole of modern epistemology. This is a scientific assumption too. It’s literally what’s at stake. We’re not discussing if these experiences happen—they do. We’re discussing what they mean. I’m assuming they are literal, actual experiences and they mean things about our world that challenge most intuitions. Is it radical? For sure. Definitely, and that’s exactly why I like it. It’s completely challenging. It completely shatters our presuppositions about reality and physics and consciousness. I fucking love that.
In the end, it’s your choice to believe or not. It’s your choice to dare step out of common sense and common knowledge into something that might be valuable to you as a person. History tells us that common sense isn’t really indicative of truth, anyway. Beliefs change according to culture and period of time and to assume that all our current common knowledge forms an unbreakable body of truths is… naive at best, ignorant at worst.
For further reading, these are the books I recommend:
On The Plurality of Worlds, David Lewis (Modal Realism; all possibilities are actual).
Quantum Ontology: A Guide to the Metaphysics of Quantum Mechanics, Peter J. Lewis (Intro to quantum mechanics).
The Conscious Mind, David Chalmers (While Chalmers would certainly not believe in something like shifting, his book lays out reasons why the way we think of consciousness is wrong and why materialism is flawed, proposing instead a dualistic view of reality).
Why Materialism is Boloney, Bernardo Kastrup (Kastrup is an analytical idealist—he believes consciousness is the fundamental field of reality. He breaks down the reasons why materialism is a flawed, self-contradictory philosophy—most antis are materialists but they don’t even know it themselves because… of course, they’re not very well read in my experience).
The Varieties of Religious Experience, William James (it’s about religious mystical experience but it sets up the reasons why we shouldn’t ignore ‘anomalous’ phenomena. Shifting falls under this umbrella).
One of my most prominent changes in self is that after you shift a lot you'll become detached from reality. You can't help it. all the theories, the information, the physics and the metaphysics and all—that’s so fun, yes, and so wonderful, but you can’t think your way into a shift.
there is nothing in the world that will teach you to shift. no amount of knowledge of physics, philosophy, or spirituality will teach you. it’s not in neville’s book, not in any religious book, not even in the shifting community itself.
there’s no step by step, full proof method. there’s nothing to learn from the outside.
so give up that search. accept it. accept that this is you. it’s always been about you and within you.
In this blog i'm going to do my best to explain the mechanism behind shifting that i mentioned in this blog, while also keeping it relatively simple and easy to understand (gonna avoid any complex terminology). Then i'm going to give you my two cents on how to implement this knowledge in your journey yay.
Your subconscious dictates your reality, meaning that whatever your subconscious expects and considers as true is what you are able to become aware of.
The collection of ‘truths’ (assumptions) that your subconscious holds create (subconscious) expectations, which are essentially what make you shift from reality to reality. The reason why it is correct to say that we shift all the time without being conscious of it, is because our subconscious holds plenty of expectations (about pretty much everything)that we don't know of (they're subconscious for a reason) .
So to make sure this is easy to understand:
Subconscious -> has expectations that we don’t necessarily know.
Expectations -> are what determines the realities that we become aware of.
Therefore, by not knowing which expectations we subconsciously hold, we don’t pay attention to these shifts, because we are not consciously intending them. It seems as if stuff just 'casually happens’.
Now, if you're reading this, you may or may not be the kind of person who tries to shift, wakes up, sees their cr, and (consciously) assumes that they cannot shift/ or that they are having trouble shifting. This happens because your subconscious expects you to wake up in your cr, despite trying to shift elsewhere.
Assuming that you can't shift and similar stuff on a conscious level once is not an issue per se, because as I said earlier, subconscious assumptions and expectations are the ones to dictate your reality.
However these subconscious expectations are built and maintained through patterns and repetition. Meaning that if everytime this scenarios happens, you go and repeat things like ''i can't shift' or ''shifting is hard for me'' you're only strenghtening the assumption that is preventing you from waking up in your dr in the first place.
It's also important to know that subconscious beliefs(or assumptions) and conscious ones are two separate things and that they can (and will) differ.
So if it ever happened to you to be very excited and convinced that you were going to shift to your desired reality on a specific day(or should i say night?), and you still woke up in your cr, you didn't do anything wrong during your method. Your subconscious simply didn't expect you to wake up in your desired reality.
Now luckily it's totally possible to change these expectations in your favor:
If you want to shift to your desired reality you must build subconscious assumptions and expectations that 'make you shift' in the same way: through patterns and repetition.
But how do you do that concretely?
From the way i see it, there’s two ways to go about it, and one of them is the most ‘promoted’ within the shifting community ( but funnily enough I think it’s the least efficient LOL).
The first way (the 'classic') you can shift knowing this is by directly creating the subconscious assumption that you already are in your dr. This usually looks like repeating affirmations like ‘’I am currently in my desired reality’’ back to back during an attempt, most of the time while you’re in an altered state of consciousness( theta state, ‘void’ state etc). If this sounds familiar it’s because that’s what most shifting methods are designed to do.
My ‘’issue’’ with this approach is that in order to shift you are supposed to "impress your subconscious on a time crunch" (during your method/attempt) and if that doesn’t happen, the already existing expectations will ‘prevail’. For example, up to this point your subconscious knew that you were in your cr and/or that you always wake up in your cr after an attempt. -> if a new assumption contradicting and erasing the previous one is not formed, you’re gonna keep on be aware of your previous reality ( in other words still be in your cr).
This leads us to the second (and imo better) way to go about things, which is, forming and engraving the assumption that you shift to your dr whenever you intend/attempt to. The reason I like this more is because it, so to say, kills all the birds with one stone.
Instead of trying to get your subconscious believe that you are in your dr every single time you want to shift there, you build up the subconscious belief/knowledge that whenever you intend to shift to a desired reality, you do. Whether it’s by falling asleep here and waking up there, or ‘meditating’ your way there etc. In a way, this technique is the shortest of cuts.
And unlike the previous one, it’s not ‘limited’ to the duration of your attempt. You can affirm this at any given moment, without it being weird (you could affirm that you’re in your dr outside of your attempt, but that could feel as if u were just lying to yourself LOL).
This is also what most ‘experienced shifters’ do without even necessarily knowing it:
-> As they shift to their drs more and more frequently, they start to affirm and believe (consciously and/or subconsciously) that shifting is easy for them (or if they’re used to using a specific method, they start to believe that they are able to shift using X method whenever they want).

I hope this was clear and useful to some of you, if u have any questions feel so free to comment or send me an ask!
I'm curious to know your thoughts about this (because I always wonder this when I see a Patrick Bateman account)
Do you idolize Patrick Bateman and think he's cool or do you just see the character for who he is and relate?
I think he's a funny character. He shows how fragile a man's ego can be. At some point I also thought he's homosexual. For me he's a meme character more than anything haha. But we do have the same personality type. I also think men who idolize him don't actually understand him. He was rather hollow and suffering more than the "cool, criminal, ruthless" mask he put on. Great character overall but I like him as a meme and I love Christian Bale so that's that. I don't Idolize him! I find him funny. Thank you for this question haha
Shifting Is Simple. We Just View It The Wrong Way.
━⋅•⋅⊰∙∘☽༓☾∘∙⊱⋅•⋅━
Today on the topic: how simple is shifting, and how the problem is how we view it. Because actually…shifting doesn’t really exist 😛 Before you say wtf let me explain it to you.
(using backrooms pics)
This is the Backrooms’ Neighborhood. You live in the house on the right, called your CR (current reality). It is also called your Original Reality, or you can name it whatever you want. I use CR. because for a lot of y’all you are not aware of your desired reality rn, you are aware of this one with me. Anyways.
We view shifting almost all the same way: we are in our OR/CR, we want to go to our DR and shifting is the "path" we need to cross to access our DR, just as marked on the pic. It’s bullshit. There’s no path, and it won’t work if you view it that way. Shifting ? Doesn’t exist.
ARE YOU AN ANTISHIFTER NOW LUNE ???!!
Of course not, look:
This is actually how shifting works. There’s no path to cross to access your Desired Reality, because you are already in it. It exists within your consciousness and own reality. As you know, the 3D is only reflecting your assumptions. All of your desired realities are already here rn, right beside you. « I can’t see it tho » and idgaf. Shifting is simply looking at your left instead of your right. You don’t cross anything or move, your brain just switch channels and connect to another one. What makes it feel like there’s a path to cross is the misconceptions about shifting, the lies, the lack of trust in yourself and the « resistance ». When you view shifting as a naturel event, that everyone can experience, that you don’t need to work on, that is already existing, that you already do on a daily basis and that is as close as you as the CO2 in the air is, the more easily you will shift.
I make this post after seeing this exact tiktok.
This shifter explains how in their Original Reality, shifting was just acknowledge and wasn’t a center of conversation, because of how normal it is. It really is ! That’s not only in their reality that it is like that, it’s just that here we were taught to behave, not dream, not be happy, not experience, and most of all not to think past this life. But your life is not crazy or unique.
We literally live on a water ball, literally atom-sized in an infinite universe made of dark matter and things that you can’t explain. There’s black holes, stars, meteors, wanderstars, gaz planets, solid planets, water-only planets, planets with rings, moons, suns…We live on an Earth, that had a chance to hold life, within millions of other planets where nothing lives, we have the chance to exist, yet we know nothing about the universe and not even everything about our own planet, our own lands and waters. We have anormal things happening everytime and the only thought of other realities is nonsense ?
In a lot of ancient religions, astral projection and consciousness were a big thing, and they were always learning new things about it. We also have books about astral projection, yet shifting is crazy and schizophrenic. Remember we also thought that about lucid dreams a long time ago…LOL.
(i’m showing you some astral projection things i wrote and bought)
Anyways.
This post was just made to show you that, just like for astral projection, you don’t need to seek OUTSIDE of your body. You do not need to open a door and travel to your DR. Everything is INSIDE you. You do not travel around the multiverse to find your desired reality, you do not need to detach from your body to travel idk how to your DR. You don’t need anything that says you need to go outside your body. Everything is inside, the answers are inside. You are the consciousness, and you are the shift. Every reality lives within you, and it’s IN you that you need to shift. Just close your mind eyes, and open them again in your DR. Seek the truth within you, and you’ll find the answer. Happy shifting 💋
This is mainly for myself but I think many people might also be going through this so I'm just gonna share it with everyone.
( scroll to the very bottom for the actual challenge if you wanna skip the yapping )
Topic : How social media is secretly affecting your reality, manifestation, mindset and subconscious.
Social media is widely available to everyone in every corner of the world now. While the main goal of it was to help people connect with others from far away, it eventually turned into a tool for spreading negativity and evil.
But why should we be concerned?
I'll tell you why. So let's say you're manifesting your sp to be nice to you but while you're scrolling random stuff online even if you are only watching funny stuff or memes or positive things, a post about a 10 years of relationship ending due to cheating comes up - you see and you just ignore it and keep affirming. It happens again, you see it again and you affirm again, you go to bed and suddenly remember that post just before going to sleep. Think of it this way - a new song is trending but its about getting cheated on, you listen to it while watching people dancing to it in a TikTok or whatever. You don't care, you just watch it and go on with your day but it gets "stuck" in your head. Do you know what it means when a song or a person's words repeat themselves in your head? It means your subconscious has ABSORBED it. And we all know what happens when your subconscious absorbs things- it manifests it in your reality.
This is not only spiritual, this is science. The more you look at something even if you don't care, the more it appears. Whatever you put your focus on, you get more of. We all remember all the terrible things that go viral and whatever. It's all being stored in our subconscious because the subconscious doesn't care, it's only job is to absorb things you feed to it and then reflect it into your reality.
Should you drop social media and news completely then?
Yes and no. Because we are living in a society we need to know what's going on around the world but at the same time if you are mindlessly scrolling all day or watching news and stuff everytime you turn on the TV, you're practically manifesting more of it unconsciously.
So while we can't drop it entirely, we should be mindful of things we are consuming.
Even if I'm LOA based and spiritual but this is all scientific and you can look it up how neuroplasticity works.
It also applies to people around you. I might sound mean but whenever someone is very negative about things in general or has too many limiting beliefs, I tend to avoid them unless they are willing to actually change it. Because we all got our limiting beliefs from our parents or caregivers basically.
The good thing is now we can control what our subconscious absorbs. So why not just do that?
That's where this challenge comes.
SOCIAL MEDIA DETOX Challenge :
Day 1 :
Decrease your screen time by 50%. Let's say I scroll on insta for 6 hours then I'll decrease it to half. Only 3 or less hours. ( because its gonna be hard to drop social media all together )
Day 2 :
Replace the 'urge' or 'trigger'. Sometimes the desire to scroll is due to a 'trigger' so find out what that trigger is. In my case the trigger was 'anxiety' and 'boredom' whenever I felt anxious or bored I start to scroll to distract myself.
Once you find that trigger, replace it with something healthy. So when i found out i scroll because im anxious, I replaced scrolling with Journaling and talking to my sister.
Get a new hobby or do something else to replace scrolling.
Day 3 : ( the goal )
I said the real goal of social media was to "connect" not to "overconsume". So now you will be mindful of what you are doing when you get on social, it should be mostly to talk to people and see a little bit of what's going on around the world. That's all. No more scrolling for hours. Only text - see - move on.
I'm not saying that you should leave social media and news completely, all I'm trying to do is spread awareness about the dangers of negativity spreading online and how it's affecting us who manifest or shift.
If it's fine I want to ask some questions about shifting and manifestation before I shift
1. How did it feel when you first shifted? Did it feel like you were abandoning or leaving people behind? Did it feel extremely different?
2. How did you feel about your old life after shifting? Did you ever have to deal with guilt?
3. Is it like some clone of ourselves exist in other realities? (Bare with me for not making much sense here 😭)
I couldn't remember anything about my cr. It felt as if I always existed in that reality. I continued going on with what I had planned to do. To imagine it, go to bed and when you wake up just go on about your day. I did felt very excited that I shifted. I couldn't remember much about my cr. The cr became a mere memory, a past. I did know I shifted and had a cr but I didn't care anymore cuz I was here in my dr now and the cr felt unreal like a very old memory from childhood. So no, nothing dramatic or sad or any feeling like that, just slight acknowledgement and happiness and going on with my day.
I answered that in the first question. In my case, i didn't remember too much about my cr, i was too busy with sensing and working in my dr it was like - i have so much to do. So no guilt, nothing. I simply felt my old life was a very very blurry past memory.
No one is a clone. All realities and all versions of your dr self exist simultaneously, think of it like this, your mom is here and you shifted to a reality where you are her, does it mean that your mom was a clone? No. You simply moved your awareness to a reality where YOU are the mom.
