Of course Tejo has seen many of his comrades injured before, but seeing you fall to the ground from a shot by the enemy agent brings out stronger emotions than he ever likes to feel in battle
The moment he gets to your side he never leaves it until he can get you to safety
Back on the vulture, Tejo gently bandages up your wounds until Sage or Skye can get their hands on you. Although he's a big man with his hands, the sheer gentleness in his actions eases the wild thumping of your heart
Even if his actions are gentle, you can see the tight set in his jaw. He's already killed whoever shot you, but he's still so angry.
If you were being reckless, you know that he is angry at you as well. Tejo trusts you to take care of the mission as well as yourself, not jeopardize things by putting yourself wildly in danger
But... even if you know a lecture is coming, you know that it's beyond that. You know that he was terrified for you, even though as a logical person he knows Sage can revive you in the worst circumstance.
Back at base in the hospital bed, resting after intense treatment from Sage, he rests by your bed with your hand in his, rubbing his thumb over your knuckles.
When you two go to sleep that night, he will pull you tight to his chest, not letting you go

When on missions together he'll priortise the objective of course, but he's very protective of you

Although the other agents were wary of him for a while, you all started to have football viewing nights together. Tejo is surprisingly passionate about the sport and will softly comment on plays to you
Doesn't get overly possessive or jealous since not only is he very sure of himself he's very sure of his relationship. However if someone else tries flirting with you too hard, he'll come in and throw an arm around you, tell you "we should leave"
Maybe will throw the occasionally "good boy/girl" in there. That's all I have to say about that
