grishaverse question. i read shadow and bone and it was cute and all but i didn’t feel the urge to read the other two in that trilogy. can i skip to six of crows and not miss anything? i wanted to read them all in order…

“Liking something in fiction doesn’t mean I approve of it in real life!” yes, of course, as in liking reading a story with muderer as a protagonist (bc protagonist =/= hero, it means main character and perspective) doesn’t mean you’re ok with murder. But at the same time there are a buncha people out there with 0 critical thinking skills that use those words to defend romanticization/promotion/fetishization of toxic abusive behavior, r*pe, or in*est. 

I’ve seen it happen many times, and I’ll probably see it happen many times again. So sue me for being wary of people who say the quoted above because I can’t know which one they are unless I get to know them

Hello anon!! I'm glad you asked me that! I don't get to talk enough about it lol

Favorites.....i kinda like Lin Chung wgen he's written well (i.e. not OP/flawless or a hindrance [yes, in season one he had to get his art priorities straight]). Lady green was cool when i saw her.. there may have been a couple animal royalty I liked too, but I admit my last run of the show was just skimming stuff. There's so many episodes!

Who're your  favorites? Maybe you'll remind me of someone I forgot.
