demo ! @jin
recently, with all the chaos of the harder evaluations having died down a little bit, hugo had gained some time to start working on some compositions under nova’s name. he was spending more time in the nova building, and less and less time at home. ever since sehun moved out, hugo had felt like a piece of himself was missing, and it was only easily ignored when hugo focused on his music. music made everything better for him, even this.
he had been working on a more ballad-like piece. something softer, smoother, and lighter. his own voice wouldn’t be suited to it, nor would ricky’s or bambam’s or huidong’s voices. none of them had that pure tone he was looking for. jinyoung had a nice voice, but again, he needed something nice and light. that kihyun dude was a vocalist but hugo didn’t know him too well yet, which left him with jin.

yup, jin’s voice would be perfect to sing the demo for this song. the working title was lovebox, for now, and he was certain jin’s voice would blend with the track in the way hugo was looking for. he shot his hyung a text, hopefully he wasn’t too busy.
