Another future scenario for Tech and Ash. He may be a nerd but he's still a soldier. I love writing combat so much and having one of my scenes out in art is amazing!
Peachyytown animated this little delightful bit of Tech and Ash for me. It's a very important part of their story, set way after season 2 of TBB.
I'm not at all still giggling about the little animation peachyytown did for me, with Ash and Tech performing a very important cardul ritual.
A little commissioned scene from my TBB fanfic by @mostwantedpotato404 ! A very self indulgent scene; there's a story behind it obviously but Tech is reaching Very Done Levels with Hakon there who is a classic, 'charming' smuggler. Who also tends to go on people's nerves. :D

"Excuse me - I do believe you are the smuggler I am supposed to meet with." Tech hardly looks up from his datapad as he addresses her, seemingly waiting for some sort of unseen cue before dragging his bespectacled gaze up from the screen to properly address her. Despite the nonchalant manner in which he speaks, he seems worse for wear than most. His uniform is torn, he has various cuts and bruises - and if one only took a cursory glance at him, they might mistake him for a clone...
Well. On the up side, he's discreet about it, voice low and inobvious that he was actually speaking to her. On the down side, if he had just happened to pick the wrong woman, all merry hell might have broken loose.
"If you're looking for someone to haul some cargo ... or," A vague gesture toward him with the hydrospanner she's in the process of putting away, "haul yourself ... you're on the right trail." Which is a convoluted way of saying 'yes' without actually admitting a thing. She is supposed to be meeting a potential client right about now, but that's no guarantee the Empire isn't ...
The toolbox is closed by touch alone, as first glance becomes a double-take - nothing to do with who or what he might seem to be, but the fact that he looks like he's been dragged through a thorn-bush backwards.
" ... You OK there, friend? Medical care is gonna cost you extra."
