Sora walked briskly along the sidewalk, her book bag hiked up on her shoulder. She looked at her phone, checking the time. 30 minutes. She was making good time as she finally made it into the KC building, showing the guard her ID badge and heading towards the elevator to go up to the upper floors. She worked as a graphic artist for KaibaCorp, doing promotional posters and things like that.
When the elevator reached her floor, she waved good morning to her co-workers, heading towards her office. She had one promo that she needed to look over before showing it to Kaiba later, huffing as she set her bag down and pulled out what she needed and got to work.
"Hopefully he doesn't want to see me yet..."

The ring of destruction launches out at him. Instinctively, he throws up his arms to shield himself, his hands grasping. At air. His pupils shrink. One by one, the bulbs erupt, spewing flames in every direction. Hell. Hell. The two retreat, screaming, but a hand lashes out. Snares a throat. The mohawked man looks back in horror, his friend sprung off the ground, choking and flailing his legs at Kaiba’s chest.
Kaiba raises the gun, furious. “You roach! Come back - right now!”
