Now Dominic usually gave witches the wide berth, but since this was a new town for him, he figured he’d get away with not being known despite never had changed his last name but he usually avoided giving it away anyway. 

Glancing around the place, Dominic cleared his throat to get whoever’s attention. “Excuse me? Yo, anyone in here?” He sat and waited to see if anyone would turn up. He wasn’t a huge fan of psychic witches, but this couldn’t do him any harm, right? Could be a laugh more like so he waited to see what dramatics were about to happen.

The noise and crowd of the bar she had packed herself and her college friends into at the beginning of the night was getting to be too much for Melissa. When she was first invited, she couldn’t pass up the quality time with her friends or the half-price mojitos, but when someone spills their drink on you it was a sign to call it a night. The bar scene had never been for Melissa either. She loved the mixed drinks, couldn’t do the crowds.

When she first stepped outside she was chilled to the bone, but she didn’t put her coat on, preferring the bite of the night air. Melissa checked her phone, midnight. It probably would have been smarter to order a car, but the Garden of Eden was nearby and she was just the right amount of tipsy and confident. She hauled her purse up onto her shoulder and started the walk to her storefront, wishing she had the foresight to jam flats or slippers into her purse for the journey. 

Melissa used a pillar to swing herself off the main street and into a short alley that led to her street. She knew the streets like the back of her hand at this point. She felt in her element.

Jamie grumbled as he shifted around on Elliot’s couch. He couldn’t seem to get comfortable and eventually gave up, getting off of the couch, he made his way to his friend’s bedroom, launching himself down onto the other’s bed. “I couldn’t sleep.” He smiled at his friend, turning to face him in bed. “Is it super lame if I say I wanted to cuddle?”

There was no beating around it. No pushing away the lesser found feelings and pretending they didn’t exist. Partly Remy was glad Seth was getting a weekend get away with Sebastian for more reasons than them getting to spend time together. It would mean less questions asked if things did pan out the way she wanted, but it remained to be seen. Few were trusted with her idea, but she was being smart about it. Attempting to be anyhow. Finding Jamie where she had asked to meet, Remy had let the usual smile go. “Before you tell me I’m nuts for what I’m going to ask, I don’t have anyone else I can go to about this,” she explained, getting the weirdness of it out of the way. “I really need a favor.”

     “What do you want from me?” The girl asked. “I have nothing to offer you.”

    “You know, you speak to me like I am weak, when I fact I would rip your heart from your chest with out even touching you.” Jamie will smirk as she looks at her hand forming shapes with her magic.
