Iirc Adaine’s Wizardry teacher told the class that they needed to procure 10 barrels of diamonds (among other things) for the FIRST WEEK. Not year, not semester, for the WEEK.
It hasn’t been addressed again so either I’m wrong or Brennan had an ounce of mercy but I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop and for her materials list to grow tenfold since more than a month has passed as of episode seven.
