Recently an ask sent by rallythedead was re-blogged by klubbhead, "The worst part about dumping a japanese girfriend is that you have to drop the bomb twice before she gets the idea". Neither of them are Japanese. Thoughts since it references Hiroshima and Nagasaki?
I honestly have no idea why this was sent to this blog, a mostly theatre blog… is it because I made In This Corner of The World gifset? And I don’t follow either of the blogs you mentioned and couldn’t find the post.
So since I don’t know the context I can’t say anything specific but generic: if you personally attack/mock/criticize/etc an individual person by using what have done by a nation/country/group which they happened to have a relation with, you’d be considered “discriminative” (or should I say, in Japanese, “sabetsu-teki (差別的)”, because I don’t want to use the English words like “racist” because it seems people have different concept about it in each country especially in America and I don’t want to get into an argument over the definition of it)
