Hello, this is Dr. Beatrice "Honey" Lewis, recording in my journal for the 7th time. Today is the day. Ashliclepias said that I've been a good girl over this last month and a bit, and she's so proud of me. I guess I fooled her. In doing everything she's asked me to do over the last little bit I've convinced her that I've changed and can re-enter society. I never took xenodrugs and I'm definitely not becoming a floret. Phew.

I was told that I can go back to the university and they'll be waiting for me with a new office in the xenoarcheology department. I told Ashliclepias that wasn't my subject but she assured me that I'll fit right in and not to worry about it. That I'll be working with other Sophonts and Affini.

I... I don't know exactly how I feel. Ashliclepias has been such a pain, but it was kinda nice to have had some contact with someone. It kinda feels like for a long time I just didn't. I was screwed over so many times by my fellow Terran Sophonts that I just shut everyone out. I worry what being back in society will be like. I really haven't left my apartment and now my hab unit ever since I was so rudely awakened in the university basement.

I'm also just.. concerned about that one time I just woke up in my bed in the new hab unit after being in my bed in my old apartment. And I have a locked journal entry that I can't seem to unlock. It's probably best not to worry about it but it's still troubling.

I think I'll continue just to do my best to follow the routine set out for me and just get back to work. I certainly don't want another wellness check called on me. Even if I might get to see Ashliclepias again .
