I was going to post that the host in the latest Code Switch episode is clearly battling with every ounce of his professionalism not to say 'this is fucking stupid' when talking about Jeremy Carl's argument that white people are the most oppressed group in America. I used to fight with people saying this on Facebook but now they're getting cabinet posts. Anyway I was going to say surely none of these people actually believe that, they're just angling for personal gain, but then I made the connection to corporations insisting that they've lost billions of dollars due to piracy or people just not buying something. That's not money they had and lost; it's money they simply felt entitled to. The white people saying we're the most oppressed group aren't having anything taken away, they're just not getting every single thing they thought they were entitled to. They're still getting most of it though.

Thoughts on Burrow's End

This campaign is difficult to watch when two of the three white players are unintentionally monopolizing the game.

Brennan tried to include Rashawn, but she and Jasper fell by the wayside because Siobhan and Izzy went "Child characters!" and their sense of strategy and collaboration seemed to diminish. I don't think that was deliberate on their part. Siobhan made some conscious choices to be helpful, while Izzy has pushed every limit she's come across.

Aabria's GMing has improved so much and I wish she didn't have to wrangle her white players. She had so much more power during A Court of Fey and Flowers. There was just a better dynamic between her and the players that season.

I hope players will consider this aspect of party dynamics in the future. I don't like seeing Black players (or any BIPOC) having to make themselves small /:

One of the many things I appreciate about Encanto is that the most “princess-like” character has dark skin, black hair, and doesn’t seem to have the usual Disney button nose.

I can’t stop thinking of her performance... The pain, the rage and confusion and guilt in her grief for Mitch. Her and GRETA LEE killing it in general. BUT THIS EPISODE (THE LEVELS GRETA WENT FROM BEING AMUSED AT CORY, then to go to control in a crisis mode and finally being a BADASS BOSS and telling it how it is to CHIP). WERE AMAZING!! GOING toe to toe with Billy ain’t easy BUT SHE DID IT

Honestly I think there’s been too much focus on a certain guest character...and not actual proper additions  who have been here since season 1(not just Mia, but Daniel too) and then the new, established character THAT IS A main game CHANGER(STELLA)..and I hate for these women to be done dirty...when they gave some of the best performances this season. I said what I said...they have!

(yes usual Billy, Reese, Mark, and JEN killed it...but you know they are going to pushed and be fine...but like Gugu I am afraid Karen and Greta won’t GET THE PRAISE AND FOCUS DESERVED)
