I’m about 2-3 days behind on the @malevoversary prompts, but here’s my one for Kellin! (my reference/inspo under the cut!)

DIY Bat Shoe Wings made with duct tape, scissors, white pen, and pen knife.

Make a big sheet of duct tape by laying it out and making sure the creases face different ways so its less flimsy.

Then use white pen to draw out your bat wings template. Use your shoes to mark out the holes. Then cut out the holes with a pen knife and check if they fit. Wipe off pen with a lil acetone and qtip. Lace onto your shoes and ur good to go!

Whumperless whump event, day 2

"They're not dead!"

"Please, Villain. This is hard for all of us. Just come here, sit down for a bit."

"I said, they're NOT dead!" Villain yells, stalking back and forth in the big room, head in hands. It's all big windows and velvet couches, crystal chandeliers and fresh flowers sitting atop elegant side tables. Hero's team is there, their entire family. Everyone who care the most, who have the right to care. Yet they are all calm. Villain can't STAND it.

"We- we have to do something! There must be someplace else we haven't looked. Or maybe they're trying to contact us in some way we haven't thought of!"

"Villain, stop it."

"No please, please we have t-..."

There's a sudden *pling* as the elevator stops at the apartment floor. Villain freezes where they stand, scared that if they move even a little bit, it won't be real. Painstakingly slow, the doors slide open and out of the elevator steps Hero. Not entirely unscathed - there's a small gash still bleeding on their cheek and they are clearly limping - but alive. Alive. Still, it's not until Hero's eyes meet their own that Villain starts towards their open arms.

"I didn't mean to," Villain sobs. "I swear I didn't mean to. I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." They cling to them frantically, hands moving from shoulders to arms to back to their neck. Fingers in Hero's hair, pulling lightly to make sure they're real. Hero slowly presses their foreheads together.
