Nightmare - Pages 38 & 39 - SCENE FIN
I hope you all enjoyed the horror aspects of Nightmare, I wanted to make a scene that was very viscerally uncomfortable and upsetting to look at and experience, and from what I’ve gleaned from reactions throughout the past [coughs up a dusty moth] too many months, I seem to have done an okay job at that??? I’d hope?? I consider this scene to be a sort of introductory scene to what the rest of the comic will feel like. If the previous scenes have been slowly sinking your foot into the water, Nightmare was finally jumping into the pool. This’ll be far from the first time we get viscerally uncomfortable in Shelter. Let me know if you have any thoughts!
