Taberna do Petisco
a cc-free build by moonwoodhollow
If there was one thing missing in Verdemar (and let's face it, in the other neighbourhoods of Ondarion as well), it was a nice local restaurant. A place where you'd have some freshly prepared fish or mussels and feel as if you're one of the locals. Taberna do Petisco is exactly that place.

So what do you get?
Taberna do Petisco is a 20x20 restaurant best placed in Ondarion on the “Fisherman's Hut” lot in the Verdemar neighbourhood.
The restaurant was playtested and works fine (as of today). There is seating in front and the back of the restaurant, as well as inside. It's meant as a nice seafood tapas bar you'd find in a seaside town, where locals and tourists alike eat, and was inspired a little bit by my visits to Madeira.
This lot was originally intended as a residential lot, which you can change it back to, as there are two residential options for your sims: the blue townhouse on the left side and the apartment above the restaurant.
The townhouse consists of 4 floors and a roof terrace. Currently, there are 2 bedrooms, but you are welcome to change the floor plan.
The apartment is considerably smaller, with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms.
Uses items from the following packs: looks best with almost all packs, but a tip: take a look at the build in the gallery and click on the packs to see the items I used from that pack, it might also look good with fewer packs.

Spice Market №1—a San Myshuno Shell by Moonwoodhollow.
San My is one of my favourite worlds and yet I've never shared any build I've built there before. With the new pack coming, I thought it was finally time to change this. I created this build with the new lot type of a combined residential/business in mind and created 4 apartment shells and 6 business/shop shells. I hope this lot inspires you to create the San Myshuno of your dreams!

So what do you get?
Spice Market №1 is a 30x30 lot best placed in San Myshuno in the Spice Market neighbourhood. The lot is currently set as a residential lot, but you could set it as a residential rental, or once the new pack comes out combine a residential lot with a business. The lot consists of 4 apartments; 3 of these apartments comprise two floors while one only has one floor, but a rooftop terrace. There are also 6 businesses/shops/cafés/restaurants/etc. shells. 2 of these are in the basement, while the others are all on the 1st floor and potentially have more floors. It's all up to you! I wanted to give you as much freedom as possible with the interior and let your creativity run wild!

-> Update (17.02.2025): I reuploaded this build with DX11. I also added some files, which makes the download bigger, but this is due to me forgetting to include the texture files of the items, which meant some items were showing up with question marks if you didn't have the other items from said cc sets. I tested the lot today and everything should work correctly now!

Spice Market №2—a San Myshuno Shell by Moonwoodhollow.
Spice Market №1 was definitely in need of a neighbouring lot, which would fit just as well as the first lot into the Spice Market and I hope I did it justice! While I wanted both lots to go well together, each one of them needed to have distinctive characteristics so for this lot you'll also get two 'classic' brownstones + a former harbor factory. Oh and 6 empty shops/businesses that you can fill with whatever you like!

So what do you get?
Spice Market №2 is a 30x30 lot best placed in San Myshuno in the Spice Market neighbourhood. The lot is currently set as a residential lot, but you could set it as a residential rental, or with the new pack combine a residential lot with a business. The lot consists of 1 apartment, that comprises 2 floors. The factory could potentially be used as a residential space as well, it has 2 rooftop terraces and consists of 2 floors. The 2 brownstones have 3 floors and a rooftop terrace each.
-> a tip: The brownstone townhouses aren't very big, because the size of the lot wouldn't permit it, but if you'd like to play with them and have more than 2 sims, I'd advise you to combine the 2 brownstones into one home. That way it should be more spacious.
There are also 6 businesses/shops/cafés/restaurants/etc. shells. 1 of these is in the basement, while the others are all on the 1st floor and potentially have more floors.
I also added a Chinese food stall next to the factory, that does work, but you'll need to click on it and pay for someone to arrive and work there (100 Simoleons, I believe).

Let's get married in Strangerville - a cc wedding chapel by moonwoodhollow (4k follower gift)
Wedding season has officially begun and what's more fun than a wedding in Strangerville? Have the most garish and tastefully trashy wedding in Strangerville's one and only Love Chapel. Dance the night away to strange disco beats on the dance floor, try some of that suspiciously colourful food from the buffet and have a bite from one of those strange purple fruits outside. You won't forget this wedding, I'm sure of it!
A huge thank you goes to @doctorsimcraft and @surely-sims who both made this wedding chapel come true with their gorgeous cc!
info/floorplan + download link under the cut!
So what do you get?
The Love Chapel is a 30x20 wedding venue lot, that is perfect for a small to midsize wedding. It has a wedding arch, a dance floor, a dj booth, 2 buffets and everything else you'll need for a wedding (except for a bar - I'm sorry!). I playtested the lot, but as you probably know My Wedding Stories isn't exactly a bug-free pack, so be prepared to tear your hair out while your sims won't walk the aisle or have strange hugs while metres apart... but it's Strangerville, so stranger things might have happened, who knows!
The lot was created for the Carpophagous Corner lot in Strangerville.
Uses items from the following packs: looks best with almost all expansion packs. You will only need a few gameplay packs and stuff packs, but a tip: take a look at the build in the gallery and click on the packs to see the items I used from that pack, it might also look good with fewer packs.

Del Mar Avenue 432
a cc-free shell by moonwoodhollow
Who doesn't love a midcentury modern duplex home?

Real-life inspiration
While researching yet another midcentury modern build, I found this MCM house from 1963 by architect Clifton Jones Jr., and I immediately knew I had to build it. Here are some impressions of the original building.
source (with more photos)
So what do you get?
Del Mar Avenue 432 is a 30x20 residential lot that is best suited to San Sequoia, but could also work in Oasis Springs, or Del Sol Valley (with an added garden area). I’ve placed the lot on the “23 Eucalyptus Lane" lot in the Hopewell Hills neighbourhood, but the Sequoia Cottage or 36 Bayani Place lots in the same neighbourhood would work as well.
The lot consists of 1 floor, though a basement could be added via the garages. Each duplex has one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a guest bathroom, a living/dining room, a kitchen and a garage. If you'd like to have another bedroom, simply convert the garage into one.
Note: I needed to remove the debug floors in front of the doors on the right side of the house, because sims can't walk on them. Instead, I added regular flooring (not yet pictured in the screenshots).

Villa Petrarca
a cc-free Simblreen Build by moonwoodhollow
While last year's Simblreen build was a cosy autumn build in which your sims could watch the new Sims of the Dead VII movie while cosying up on their sofa with a hot chocolate, this year's build is a little different and will probably not be as inviting.
Villa Petrarca was once a grand villa, known for its illustrious owners who'd celebrated the most infamous balls Tartosa has ever known, but then countless tragedies struck, and the villa fell into ruins. But there are whispers that someone, or something, is still living there, just waiting for someone new to haunt, or hunt perhaps?
Now, would you dare to save this house?
Happy Simblreen! Don't forget, there's still next weekend and you're in for a Witching Hour treat then!

So what do you get?
Villa Petrarca is a 20x20 residential lot best placed in Tartosa on the Piccola Luce lot. The house has up to 3 bedrooms, one master bedroom with an ensuite, another bedroom, plus a nursery. There's an attic that could potentially serve as a bedroom as well. There are 4 bathrooms in total. The house also has a basement.
Two notes on the house:
As this is a very old house, it does not have a fridge. You might want to change this if your sims actually need to use the kitchen.
I am still enraged (not really) that the gorgeous Life and Death greenhouse windows did not come with a fitting door, so if you'd like to change this and you're also using cc, I can recommend this gorgeous add-on by peacemaker.

If the build says 65 files are missing when you place it, it's not true. Everything's right there. The lot is playtested as well.

Constance Perkins House
a cc-free shell by moonwoodhollow
This house is among my favourite designs by Richard Neutra, one of the most famous midcentury modern architects, and it's - at least for me - a timeless classic. It only made sense to finally try my hand at building this beauty, and I can only hope I somewhat succeeded.
More screenshots, info + download link under the cut!
building background
This house was born when Constance Perkins, an art historian, commissioned Richard Neutra to design a house for her. Her budget was merely 17.000$, and the lot in Pasadena that she bought was small and on a slope, which made the design process somewhat of a challenge. Perkins and Neutra collaborated on the design, and she had chosen him specifically because she liked his previous work: open spaces, large windows, unpainted redwood or stained pine walls and doors. She "wanted a very small house in which she could live and work, but also a place where she could entertain. These criteria required Neutra to reexamine the familiar single-family home [...] and to rework the conventional patterns of the type." (p. 176)
To get to know his client, "he requested [Perkins] write an autobiography and supply him with a list of "likes and dislikes" on every subject from textures to light levels to colors and smells." (p. 174)
When the house was finished in 1955, the reception was mostly positive and Perkins herself was full of praise: "To me, a truly great architect is not one who merely skillfully manipulates a construction to meet the individual needs of a client, important as these are. He [Neutra] is one who, doing this, also creates an "art object." My home is not just my "machine for living"; it is my environment. Living includes thinking and feeling as well as mechanical existence. Living is a way of life. To be full it needs an environment that pricks every sense with which the human being is endowed, an environment that is specifically ordered to give direction to ordered thought." (p. 184)

So what do you get?
The Constance Perkins House is a 40x30 residential lot best placed in San Sequoia on the “13 Acacia Avenue” lot in the Gilbert Gardens neighbourhood. It might also look good somewhere else, though.
The house consists of an open floor plan with a living and dining area, a kitchen, and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There's also a spare room that could be used as a 2nd bedroom or as an office. There's a 2nd bathroom as well. The house has two terraces, one has a pool and is only accessible through the living room.

Palais Vert
a cc shell by moonwoodhollow
Only fitting that I conclude this year's Berrys BDay Celebration with a build I already finished last year in April, but I'm happy to finally release it either way. Enjoy!

Palais Vert is a 30x20 residential lot that is best placed in Nordhaven on the “Fisher's Horizon" lot in the Gammelvik. The house could potentially also look good in Windenburg.
Palais Vert has 3 main floors and consists of 4 apartments (change the lot to a residential rental, if you'd like to play with that feature).
1st floor: 2 separate flats that are ideal for 1-2 sims each.
2nd-3rd floors: 2 separate flats that are ideal for 2-4 sims each.
