Thunderbolts headcanons:

•Everyone who was in the vault likes to yell cucumber at random times. John is the worst offender. He will do it just to startle Bob. He is *absolutely* trying to bring Sentry out just to fix the shield. Bob has now fallen off the couch multiple times. Yelena has now hit John with his own shield.

•Yelena accidentally switches Bob's name and the guinea pig's name sometimes.

•Bob really likes Taylor Swift's evermore and folklore.

•Kate comes over to hang out, and Yelena points at the cutlery drawer and goes, "See? More forks than people. Like normal humans." Everyone else is very confused by this. Yelena does this every time.

•Everyone keeps making divorce jokes to Bucky about Sam. It doesn't matter that they're not actually a couple. Not one bit.

•If they ever meet, Joaquin and Bob become instant friends. Many jokes are made at their expense(mostly by Sam) about them being two different flavors of Florida man. Joaquin gets them into incredibly stupid situations. Bob panics and calls Yelena.

•Bob has accidentally called Yelena "mom." They both froze.

•Bob will read pretty much anything you put in front of him. He has read everything from classics to cheap romance novels.

•Everyone has called Alexei "dad" at some point. Even Bucky.

•Speaking of, Alexei refers to Yelena, Ava, and Bob as "his gorgeous daughters and his very strong son."

Alexei would host game nights every friday, he says its for 'team building' but they all know that he just wants the team to feel like a real family for once so they all reluctantly agree, it starts becoming a weekly event. And they always pick UNO

Yelena gets super competitive(and definitely not stuffing cards under her butt) trying to change the rules and gaslight everyone like "you can stack a 2+ and 4+!"

Ava rage quits the second she realizes she cant win or after the whole team targets her with plus cards, but then looks over to John's cards and tells Yelena and Bucky because if she can't win, neither can he

Bucky is mostly silent, strategizing in his head, and secretly targeting John and somehow winning(everyone thinks he's cheating but he's actually just really good)

John is arguing with Ava and Yelena but never gives up(the game ends with him having 37 cards and a tantrum)

Bob is just casually playing the game because he does not wanna get into a fight with Yelena, Ava, or John. He does not care or think of UNO that seriously but hey bonding time!

and Alexei is laughing the whole time because he doesn't know how to play UNO, with Yelena consistently screaming because he keeps putting down the wrong cards

(they don't care who wins, as long as it's not John)

Summary: Music types of the Thunderbolts* (my headcanons)

Warnings: Thunderbolts* spoilers, all names have a Spotify link to playlists I've made mentioning specific artists

Yelena Belova

I think Yelena listens to rock or more specifically rock bands with female lead singers. Such as Paramore, Evanescence, Halestorm, Flyleaf, Garbage, P!nk, No Doubt, new Linkin Park stuff.

She doesn't mind other rock but she mostly sticks with those artists, everything else is in shared playlists or in passing more than sitting down a listening to it.

Bucky Barnes

Goes without saying, even he admitted to it in TFATWS, he's a 40s/50s music kinda guy. For those who don't quite get the idea, think of the video game series Fallout and listen to the pitboy radios. That's the genre Bucky likes.

To name specifics, The Ink Spots, Ella Fitzgerald, The Andrew Sisters, Louis Armstrong, Johnny Cash, etc. Again, any Fallout video game radio is basically this man's taste in music.

John Walker

Divorced dad rock... Hear me out.

He is a divorced dad so... if the shoe fits.

So that would be like Linkin Park, Nickelback, Staind, 3 Doors Down, basically any rock band from the 2000s. I will add Five Finger Death Punch and Metallica as well due to him being in the military. As someone who has a lot of family on both sides who have been in the military, everyone in my family listens to Metallica and Five Finger Death Punch.

Alexei Shostakov

I'm gonna show you a video I found on TikTok that explains in better detail my headcanon

So yeah, Alexei listens to Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, etc.

Ava Starr

I think Ava would be into more piano or folk-ish style of music, things that are easy to listen to. It's easy on the ears and that's mostly what she's here for. So even though there's not full on specific artist I can think of, some of Ed Sheeran's work comes to mind, and Mitski does too.

Easy and pretty sounds are probably what she prefers more in music, stuff that often give people chills.

Robert "Bob" Reynolds

I firmly believe Bob is a genuine "listens to everything" guy but he does have a favorite genre, and that is 80s music.

I can 1000% see him jamming to Take On Me or Never Gonna Give You Up. You see it too, don't lie. Literally anything that came from the 80s that got extremely popular/any 80s song they would play in movies and TV shows is his favorite genre.
