So, Solas says that sometimes elves can understand the general meaning of Elven words and phrases. Does the same go for elf-blooded people, do you think?

I seem to remember him telling Sera that elves can infer a meaning in elvish words they may not know, but I assumed he was trying to rile her up by referencing a part of herself that she does not like but is inexorably bound to. I wasn’t exactly sure what he was saying was true.

I’m gonna ping @vir-ghilani​ about this particular question, though, because I think she’s better equipped to take your question on. She is actually several elves living in a trench coat, and one of them can probably give you a much better informed answer than I can.
