yeah, that’s what it seems like. and then i think he’ll realize it’s not worth it, it’s not what he actually wants, or something or other but end up getting stuck there. so imo either chloe knows the truth by 2x18 and has to try to get him back in the premiere, or she doesn’t know and thinks he died.
