ayda was already pretty grown up when we met her, so i think as a real adult, she's taking her academic passions further than leviathan or even solace! she's visiting universities and conferences and giving talks all over the multiverse. maybe all that travel means that she's reconnecting with old friends and colleagues from her past lives (she simply must have had them), and realizing that she was more loved all over the cosmos than she ever knew

ayda carries phoenix feathers too, from her mom. they’re a much deeper red than hers and a little tattered from age. i like this as a bit of expanded phoenix culture. your dearest loved ones carry your feathers as a symbol of the piece of you that they carry with them

she and adaine have half-heart friendship bracelets. neither of them had best friends to give friendship tokens to when they were kids, but now they're adults so they can spend all the money they want on cheap fantasy claire's jewelry

i figure she needs some kind of credential or talisman as a part-time mistress of the bottomless pit (by marriage), so she has a medallion with the anarchy symbol that fastens her pirate sash

check that rock! her wedding ring is an almost absurdly large 7,000,000 carat ruby, courtesy of her arch-devil paramour. i know what you're thinking. 7,000,000 carat gems don't exist. well they do in hell. it's a little cursed, but in the cool fun way that makes it shoot lasers. fig has to be very careful with the ruby-shattering bass

I made fankids for the Artemis/Dick/Wally/Zatanna sedoretu and fell in love with them.

Here they are: Aella and Zefiro

Aella is born first, Zefiro is a month and a half younger

Aella has Artemis's blonde hair and Wally's freckles

Zefiro has the same dark hair and blue eyes as Dick and Zatanna

Artemis and Wally work and Zatanna is still on the League, so Dick is their stay-at-home dad!

Zefiro is a homo magi like his mom; things start variously floating or exploding around him when he's six months old, and etativel is his fifth word, after Daddy, Mommy, Papa, and Mama.

Aella is a metahuman like her dad; she gets her first burst of speed at eighteen months, and Dick immediately calls Iris West-Allen for tips.

She also has ADHD (comes free with super speed)

Both kids think they're the funny one, and they're both right. They have Wally's and Dick's senses of humor.
