FMM (Flashback MartinMonday)? A few weeks ago I had the privilege of encountering these two gorgeous #vintage #Martin #acousticguitars at @folkwaymusic: On the left is a top of the line 1929 000-45. The #style45 was the pinnacle of the Martin line as evidenced by all that fancy binding, #Brazilian #rosewood back and sides, and #abalone #inlays. Martin made 341 of these in total over the years they were produced. I sure hope they sold this one BEFORE October 1929 though, because I'll bet almost no one was buying these fancy #guitars AFTER Oct '29! 😉 On the right is a 1926 000-18. The #style18 was the very opposite of the style 45 and was the least expensive of the Martin line.
