Can definitely feel the weather shifting lately. I'm now going to start gloving up again at night for my hand care. And I've introduced a hyaluronic acid into my skincare routine. Last night when I came in from the skating park at night my face was cold to the touch when I was washing my makeup off. I'm hoping I can go to the gym tomorrow morning and move, I've been really feeling the sitting down a lot problem this week. I have been experimenting with a wine spritzer, using 100ml of wine with lemonade and ice and trying to use that to relax in the 30 mins before dinner. It's nice but it does mean I can't have dessert due to calories which is a shame, obviously in an ideal world calories would be zero all around and I could have both. But then ideally I also would be able to eat straight carbs and not care at all about things like fibre and protein and staying hydrated... all the things I know I have to do.
