Introducing 08Sircus, the military-noir label founded by Hiroshima-born designer Kiminori Morishita in 2009.

An amalgam of the words sir and customer, 08Sircus places traditional craftsmanship alongside contemporary and idiosyncratic detailing. High tech fabrics intermingle with vintage cuts, desaturated post-war hues, and novel reworking of staple silhouettes. Trench coats and varsity jackets rub shoulders with over-dyed linens and cottons, chambrays and cable knits. Morishita’s multi-purpose pieces take cues from hard-boiled crime thrillers and luxury sportswear basics; what he’s dreamed up is a refined uniform of standout mainstays.
