BEHOLD. I bring good tidings of great news! Here's seb's demonstration videos in Don's workout he posted on Fitner today. (June12, '17) ENJOY!! Okay. So. This isn't the BEST quality... I don't have a Mac, so I had to use another screen mirroring app and it sort of lagged a bit. I recorded the three different videos several times but they never got any better. So this is the best I got. I haven't seen it anywhere else so I hope you guys like it as much as I did!
