Crank and Dispatch real life identities
Crank is Ace, and Kate is Dispatch. This is something I’ve known since the first reading of the comic, but after talking to my friends and rereading the comic multiple times I found more evidence then them just looking similar. And its fun to find as much proof as possible for something.
1) Obviously first clue; Ace and Crank both have the Mohawk ™
2) In an about character robo did “daddy” is included in his pronouns. He can be seen referring himself this way to his dog, and Crank refers to himself the same way when fighting Redshift
3) Crank got hit in the chin; Ace has a bruise on his chin…
4) Ace talks about getting into a fight with a short person. Elliot is short…
5) Kate says her and Ace work in private security…. hmmmmm…
6) The Crank and Dispatch uniforms conventually cover up Ace’s forearm tattoos and Kate’s shoulder tattoo…
7)Kate refers to a mysterious source of cash to pay for her mother’s medical bills, one that she wouldn’t approve of… like ‘private security’
8) We know Kate is mexican and she spoke in spanish to Elliot at the beginning of the comic. Dispatch says adios when her and crank leave Elliot and Redshift. I know that two character speaking spanish does not make them one character but with the heaps of other evidence coupled with this it’s pretty much guaranteed Ace is Crank and Kate is Dispatch unless there’s some major plot twist and these are a red herring
But now the question comes down to why? We kind of have an explanation for why Kate is in the business, but why is Ace there? Is he just there for support or does he have his own reasons? Also How did they get into this business? And do they know that Elliot is sharp zero???? Because they saw the weird tattooed arm and Elliot has those tattoos. If/When they do what are they going to do about it? Are they going to ignore it until it becomes a problem? What happens if they get in a fight with sharp zero again??? WHAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN ELLIOT FIGURES IT OUT???

Questa volta tra le mie mani è piombata una copia di Cime Tempestose, unico romanzo di Emily Brontë (tra l’altro una bella edizione datata 1965 comprata al chilometro di carta di Torino, ma perdonatemi l’excursus).
Di cosa tratta il romanzo?
Potremmo iniziare dicendo che la storia non viene vista in corso di svolgimento, bensì l’intera vicenda viene raccontata dalla ormai vecchia governante Nelly all’affittuario di Thrushcross Grange, la casa dove abitavano i protagonisti.
La vicenda centrale del romanzo è la travagliata storia d’amore tra Heathcliff e Catherine che SPOILER! porterà alla distruzione entrambi.
Uniti sin dall’infanzia, Catherine e Heathcliff vivono il loro amore il quale però viene contrastato dalla presenza di Edgar Linton che finisce per sposare Cathy.
Domanda: perché, stupida Caterina, non hai sposato il tuo amato Itcliffo?
Risposta: perché la sua condizione sociale non era delle migliori e perché non era istruito. Si dà il caso, infatti, che Heathcliff fosse un orfano trovato a Londra dal padre di Catherine e in seguito adottato.
Heathcliff, sconvolto, sparisce dalla circolazione. Ricompare tre anni dopo con un grande, enorme, smisurato desiderio di vendetta nei confronti di Edgar e tutta la sua settima generazione.
Ci sono una serie di trusci che il malvagio Heathcliff fa per attuare il suo piano di vendetta, ma non fa i conti con la vita: SPOILER! Catherine muore partorendo una bambina che verrà chiamata Catherine - quando si dice la fantasia, n’eh?!.
Il romanzo, per farla breve, si conclude con la morte di Heathcliff dopo un periodo di esaurimento nervoso in cui sosteneva di aver visto il fantasma di Catherine.
Perché leggere Cime tempestose? Perché è un classico senza tempo; i personaggi sono tondi, ben delineati, così vivi che il lettore arriva a percepire nei loro confronti amore, odio, pietà e tutto questo grazie all’abile piuma di Emily Brontë. Il romanzo è scorrevole, di piacevole lettura, coinvolgente.

Current Affairs News: Rani-ki-Vav is an 11th-century old heritage site in Patan, Gujarat, on the banks of the Saraswati River, and is a UNESCO heritage site. The Heritage site was awarded as the cleanest iconic place in India.
Rani Ki Vav translates to the Queen's stepwell. It is believed that the stepwell (Vav) was built in memory of Bhima by his widowed queen Udayamati. The step well is located on the banks of river Saraswati.
The structure is designed as an inverted temple highlighting the sanctity of water. It is divided into seven levels of stairs with sculptural panels of high artistic quality. The steps begin at ground level, leading down through the cool air through several pillared pavilions to reach the deep well below.
The fourth level of the structure is the deepest and leads into a rectangular tank 9.5 m by 9.4 m, at a depth of 23 m. The well is located at the westernmost end of the property and consists of a shaft 10 m in diameter and 30 m deep.
By road: Intercity buses from Ahmedabad to Patan take 3.5 hours, and 1 hour from Meh. Shared jeeps are slightly quicker, but less comfortable. By rail: The train can take you as far as Mehsana (1.5 hours). From there you will need to catch a bus to Patan. By air: The nearest airport is Ahmedabad.
